This warm wonderfully situated condominium is located in the charming cobblestone town of Puerto Vallarta and is surrounded by tropical mountains cascading into the sea, ocean coves, beaches and jungle. This warm Mexican Style Condo allows you to leave your hometown behind and transports you into a lovely tropical paradise. The Beach and Ocean are your back yard! The breakfast bar sits 4 to 6 people, the dining table sits 14 to 16 and the balcony can sit 8 to 12 people.
The activities are many and you are in the heart of town. A short walk to the local Mexican mercado shops, markets, restaurants, transportation, cantinas, galleries, discos, parasailing, fishing, cruising, horseback riding and more!
Picture yourself greeting the dawning of each spectacular morning, sitting on your ocean front balcony having your morning beverage, watching the locals fishing from the beach, the pelicans diving for their breakfast, reading a good book and at that right time of year, watching whales and dolphins frolicking in the bay. In the evenings picture yourself sitting on your balcony enjoying that margarita while watching the golden sunsets and realizing you have only moved to go out for meals, sit on the beach or swim in the pool. You'll find yourself wondering where the day has gone!
If one wants to shop, another wants to sun bathe, and another wants to jog or fish, you are so well located, everyone can do there own thing.
These condos are our homes. Many of our guests come back year after year once they have found our location. They treat this as their home (Mi Casa es Su Casa). They don't leave their homes, they come home. Our staff is warm, friendly and have been with us for years. Many guests, reserve a year in advance. We must have a contact phone number to call in order to reserve this condo. Due to the desirable location of this unit, Deposits must be received within 7 days of the reservation.
