Watch the dolphins from the pier. Close to golf, tennis, miniature golfing and many other local attractions.
This large one bedroom unit is furnished with two double beds, three dresser units and double closet.
The full bath has a large shower with sliding glass doors.
The fully equipped kitchen has a new refrigerator, large microwave, and a ceramic top range with self-cleaning oven. All the dishes, silver, glassware, pots, pans, large T-fal fry pan, WOK, cookie sheet, pizza pan, and utensils needed for gourmet meals. Also a coffee maker, blender and toaster.
The pub style dinette set features four 24 inch chairs with a tile top table that opens to a full 63 inches.
The living room includes a comfortable sofa and love seat, an entertainment center with a TV, DVD and CD player. There is plenty of seating for relaxing or watching TV or a movie.
Linens for the double beds, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided. Also dish towels, pot holder and oven mitts.
Large beach towels and folding beach chairs as well.
There is an outdoor courtyard complete with patio furniture, gas and charcoal grills. The second floor sun deck is perfect for sunning, outdoor relaxing or socializing around the tables or on the lounge chairs. A shuffleboard court is located on the premises.
Parking is at your doorstep in assigned parking spaces.
Pet friendly for one small dog (less than 20 pounds)with special permission from owner.
