So much in walking distance you will not need to start the car once you park. Hardwood floors and comfy stylish furnishings will make this your new beach "home away from home". 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths. The house has awesome gathering space. The living room upstairs is a bright and airy space. Then there is the Irish pub downstairs with bar, fridge, pub table and TV viewing area. Perfect spot to spend your evenings. But, best of all, the private fenced in back yard. Nicely landscaped with patio perfect for grillin' and chillin'! The garage has a ping pong table, bikes and bag game. Like we said, tons of gathering space for your group. Walk to Redamaks, El Rancho Grande, Brewsters, Caseys, The Stray Dog, Oinks for ice cream, the new Pop This popcorn shop and all the other shops on Whitaker Street or head straight on down to the marina and beach. Location, location, location! Also, very close by and if you really want an adventure you can go explore the new Four Winds Casino. Believe it or not they have a play room your kids will beg you to take them to. The Lighthouse Place Premium Outlet mall is just 15 minutes down Highway 12 to cure your need to shop the afternoon away. So much to do...you may need more than a week!
