Amazing opportunity to rent a beautiful downtown Huntington Beach home. We are 2 blocks from both the beach and town, with all the restaurants, shopping, movies and activities at your doorstep. Wake up in the morning and enjoy your coffee and newspaper in the breakfast room, with its walls of windows. The fully appointed, oversized eat-in kitchen has everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal or enjoy a bottle of wine from the wine refrigerator with take-out from your favorite downtown restaurant. Dishes, utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker and toaster are all provided so you only have to bring your personal items. The laundry room contains a large capacity front loading washer and dryer for your added convenience. There is an attached garage and 2 additional driveway parking spaces. Inside the garage is a third bathroom, complete with shower to clean up after a day at the beach.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. The main master bedroom has a beautiful Scandinavian king sized bedroom set and wall of closets to easily store all your clothing and accessories during your stay. The master has an extra long Jacuzzi tub to relax in after a day at the beach. There is also a private deck with full ocean view. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and sliding glass doors to a deck overlooking the patio and garden. It shares a full bathroom, complete with tub, with the third bedroom. The third and largest bedroom/den has 4 twin size beds, a Foosball table, a large screen TV with surround sound, stereo system and doors to the side deck. There are books, toys, and movies to use and enjoy during your vacation stay.
All bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans for your added comfort (in addition to a full house fan system) and televisions with cable. There is high speed Internet access for your convenience.
Going up one more flight of stairs brings you to a beautiful roof deck with sweeping views of downtown and the beach. The outdoor living room is a perfect place to relax. The stereo system is wired to the speakers on the roof as well so you can enjoy your favorite music.
Outside, there is a private, gated side yard, perfect for barbecuing and spending time with family. Step outside the gates onto the front lawn sit and enjoy the downtown atmosphere.
To add to your enjoyment, the house comes complete with ping pong table, basketball hoop, foosball, games, books, beach chairs and toys, boogie boards, bicycles, tennis rackets, junior golf clubs and more!

We have no seasons!! This is Southern California and I can't tell you how many days we have in winter that feel like summer, it just gets cold at night. Summer is summer and around 76-84 degrees during the day and now less than 68 degrees at night, great for sitting on the deck.
Huntington Beach (Surf City) has some of the most consistent waves on the coast and offers great breaks for beginners and experts. Learn to surf at Corky Carols surf school or take a stunning drive down the coast to Newport and Laguna all just minutes away. We are conveniently located near freeway access to get you to all the local theme parks (Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Sea World...) with ease.
Do not miss out on an evening beach bonfire, a night out dancing, or a long ride on our 15-mile-long, ocean view, bike path from Newport to Seal Beach. Business trip? Bring the whole family. Work in peace in the office with phone, Internet, and desk at your disposal.
