Beautiful Condo - Great Location

My husband and I stayed at the condo for a week - couldn't have asked for a better location. Right on Kaanapali Beach next to Whaler's Village - so convenient to have several restaurants and an ABC Store in walking distance! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated - just the right size for the two of us. We would definitely stay again!

Could not ask for a better place to stay while on Maui. Condo was perfect for us. Had great views of the beach and the music from Whalers village gave it an extra nice touch. Not loud at all but just right for enjoying Hawaiian music while relaxing and whale watching. Great location for everything from food to excursions. Hope to stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay! The condo was lovely, clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The view is simply gorgeous, too! We loved being right on the beach and the close proximity to Whaler's Village for dining and shopping was great since we didn't have a car. Neal was great to work with and always provided information and answered our questions promptly. The Whaler staff members were very friendly and helpful, always willing to suggest attractions/dining and arrange cab rides for us. I would highly recommend renting this unit to anyone! We had an amazing vacation and hope to return again someday.

THE place to stay for a fantastic Maui vacation

My wife and I stayed at this rental and while the pictures look great, being there, overlooking the beach is even better. The modern touches of the unit were great and not something we saw in any of the other rentals. The unit is located in the southern tower of the Whaler complex. Not only does this location offer quick beach front access, but also local shopping and restaurants (FYI Louis Vuitton is located in the shopping village). Really there is no reason to leave the complex: the beach front offer surfing, sun, and even local snorkeling. If you do decide to get out and see Maui, this location offers a short trip to Lahaina for shopping and restaurants or north up the coast for Maui sights. If we make it back to Maui for vacation, we would definitely stay at this location again!

THE PICTURES DO NOT LIE!!

We returned 2 days ago from our 10 day stay on Maui. We have been to Maui 12 times and have stayed at The Whaler the last 6 times. We have stayed at 2 different units previously before coming across Neal's pictures of unit 765. We figured the pictures looked good and decided to try something new. When we arrived at the lobby the clerk said, "I see you have Neal Jaymes unit, it is immaculate." Well, we weren't disappointed. The pictures don't lie, but they don't do it justice either. Everything from the carpeting, the dinnerware, the furniture, the decorating, the small kitchen appliances, etc. was outstanding. I even want to put the same back splash in my house now. Excellent taste. Neal was a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely book with him again. Hopefully very soon. Thanks Neal for making our Maui vacation great.

Wonderful Place To Stay

We've been to Maui SEVERAL times and my husband and I have always stayed at the Marriott's Maui Ocean Club with our family. We decided to venture out and stay somewhere else. From looking on homeaway.com, I looked at about ten different properties and was blown away by the pictures for this condo. We decided to book it as soon as possible because if the pictures really were as good as they looked, then why not! Plus, the pricing for staying a week at this condo was better than staying at a hotel or many of the other condos we looked at. It was MORE than what we could have wanted for our trip! The pictures gave an exact depiction of what the condo had and the views that it offered. The pool area is small but very nice and quaint; the beach is about 20 steps away from the pool; and Whaler's village is right around the corner (about a 2 minute walk). The people at the condo are very nice and welcoming; their goal is for you to enjoy every aspect of your vacation and we did! We loved staying here and will probably stay here again, if we are not with family at the Marriott's Maui Ocean Club. If you are skeptical about renting this condo, don't be...it's everything the pictures describe and so much more!

This was my first time in Hawaii. This studio condo is in a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The views are fantastic. The decor and cleanliness of the unit were top rate.

AMAZING!! We have stayed at The Whaler several times in the past but have never had a room like this. The pic's are accurate. Full ocean view. Every single detail well thought out...Ralph Lauren towels, IPod dock/stereo, Henckel knives and even high end bedding. It was the most comfortable room! We will be back to the Whaler and for sure stay in room #765 (our new home away from home) THANK YOU for a perfect vacation!

My husband and I stayed in this unit in July 2009 for our honeymoon. We couldn't have been more pleased! Neal was so easy to work with and the unit looks even better in person. The kitchen and bathroom are updated and beautiful! The couple across the hall saw the inside when we had the door open and were so jealous at how much nicer out unit was than the one they were staying in. It is in a great location..a few steps from the beach and fantastic shopping and dinning, or a short drive to Lahaina. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous! We are looking at going back and will definitely stay here again!

We had the pleasure of staying the last week in April and had a great time. The condo is "as advertised"... the location/view is FANTASTIC! Walk to the beach, snorkeling, restaurants, Whalers Village/Shopping, the great Hula Bar on the beach, golf across the street. Sunsets from your lanai are breathtaking! We will be back. Thanks Neal.

We just returned from Maui and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful unit. It's very tastefully decorated, extremely clean and the bed is very comfortable. We stayed in this condo for our honeymoon the week of September 21, 2008. It was absolutely amazing. The pictures are not altered - that is truly what the view looks like and exactly what the condo looks like. The location was spectacular, the view incredible, the condo superb. When we come back to Maui, we hope to be able to stay at this exact same location and room #! The pool/courtyard area was unaccessable at the time, but that did not put a damper on our experience one bit. We just know the next time we go and that has been renovated, then our experience will be that more wonderful.

We have just returned from Maui and absolutely loved this Condo, most luxurious bed we have ever slept in, we would go back just for that. The kitchen was so great with super quality kitchenware, the space of this studio really surprised us, and to sit on the deck and be able to watch the catamarans coming and going was a real treat. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful experience! The Whaler is located steps from the beach and steps from great shopping. The condo's location alone is reason enough to stay here. But it just gets better! The condo was beautiful, very well furnished and looks exactly as it does in the pictures! There were plush towels/linens, gourmet appliances and comfortable furniture. Neal was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We had our deposit back within a few days of arriving back home. We will definitely rent this condo from Neal again. I highly recommend this condo! Thank you Neal for making our 2008 Maui stay even better this year!

The condo was incredialbe. Everything was new and very clean. The location was perfect, steps from the ocean and shopping at Whalers Village. I will stay there again on my next visit.
