The Kidd Island Lodge is located just 15 minutes from Coeur d’Alene and 10 minutes by boat! You can enjoy your day at the property or hop in your boat and head to town. This location can not be beat! Grassy beach down to the dock is waiting for your family and toys. A perfect place to play Frisbee, catch, or just hang out in your beach chairs. If you choose to sit on the dock, there is a magnificent view of the Coeur d’Alene Resort. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by a brand new pool table and game area. If your game goes late, there is a pull out sofa sleeper, comfortable for two guests. The pool area overlooks the kitchen and family room with views to the water. One of the family rooms is located on the second level next to the fully equipped kitchen and dinning area. Extra bar seating is available for the kids! If you are not cooking inside, you can enjoy the brand new gas BBQ out on the deck. And if you decide to relax while someone else is cooking, just have a seat in front of the gas fireplace and watch one of the brand new wall mounted televisions. The home has three spacious bedrooms complete with new bedding and décor, each guest room has a comfortable queen-size bed. Master bedroom and bathroom is located on the second floor while the other two guest rooms and full bath is on the third level down. A second family room will provide extra space for the kids or for some quiet TV time. There is also an additional sofa sleeper for two more guests. In total the house will sleep 10 guests so bring your family to the Kidd Island Lodge for a memorable, relaxing, and comfortable vacation. Damage Deposit: $1500. NO Pets please.

Ironman .. $4000/week plus tax.
