I have been focusing on vacation homes for the past few years. I own and manage several homes and condos between Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach (South Beach).

I choose this location because it is a tropical oasis in the only Historic neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale. it is a block from the New River and 6 short blocks from the cultural center of Fort Lauderdale. The beach is only 3 miles away. I completely restored and renovated this unique property. It retained all of the old Florida charm, while modern conveniences were added.
