Charming studio! Newly furnished. Just a a short walk to beach or water park. Also within walking distance of Isla Blanca Park. On 2nd floor just a few steps down hall to laundry room. This studio is the perfect for a small family, couple or individual traveling. Our complex has one of the largest pools on island, 2 hot tubs and clubhouse. It has an equipped kitchen. Nice balcony with water view! Its located in a quite area of complex. We are small pet friendly there is an extra fee for pets. Close to shopping and dining. Lots of parking off street. 24 hour security. Less expensive than a motel room with lots of amenities. Forget something? We have you covered! You will find an amenity basket in the condo filled with all the small things you might forget.

Enjoy the large pool, hot tubs or just relaxing on the beach. Family oriented complex.

  • This condo more than met our expectations. Comfortable furniture and bed, important for an extended stay. Every extra was included to make us as welcome and comfortable as if we were in our own home. The ocean view was beautiful, as was sitting on the beach. It was nice to have the pool option also. A real plus was having beach chairs, last time we had to purchase them. One of the nicest part of our vacation was dealing with these owners, helpful, honest and considerate of our time and entire vacation experience. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

  • This is a very pleasant place to stay. It was very clean and neat. We spent 9 days there and had a short drive to St. Augustine (The Old Town). The view at the condo was grand and we spent a lot of time at the beach which we enjoyed very much.

  • This condo is absolutely awesome. It was everything we imagined and more. It accommodated our family, including my mother, and was like home away from home. The atmosphere at the condos was so relaxing and pleasant. I hope we will be able to visit again. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to vacation in Florida.

  • We booked this condo in January of 2006 and counted down the days until we could be down in our favorite place, Florida. This was the perfect area to stay in. This condo was furnished with everything we could have wanted or needed. We enjoyed viewing the dolphins (my 7 and 10 yr old were especially delighted). We met a lot of nice people that we were able to visit with everyday. The nearby restaurants were great, especially RJ's! This was the most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time! We will be coming back for years to come. This is definitely a family tradition! Thanks!!!!

  • We have been coming to the St. Augustine area for over 10 years. Because of the storms, our previous location was no longer available. We are "creatures of habit" and therefore were a bit leery of having to switch our accomodations to another location. Not to worry! Our experience was wonderful and the condo was everything we were accustomed to and have grown to expect. Dennis and Katy were very helpful, patient and prompt to respond to our rental questions. We highly recommend the unit and the location is perfect.

  • Our visit from California could not have been nicer. Everything about this Condo is so user friendly. Just a few steps to the pool, than just a few more to the gorgeous beach. Add a magnificent view and being lulled to sleep at night by the sounds of the ocean, and you have one perfect relaxing vacation.

  • To describe this condo as a home from home is no exageration! The view of the Atlantic from the balcony is wonderful. The condo was very well equipped and everything (and more) that is necessary for a peaceful and relaxing holiday is provided including ample videos for the rainy days. The pool was very welcome as the sea was very cold during our stay in March. There is also plenty to see and do in the area, particularly around St Augustine. Finally everybody we met around the condo were very friendly.
