Villa Mountain View: Spectacular Nature Views, Central Ubud Location
Villa Mountain View Sanggingan is conveniently located in the Ubud area. The scenic and quiet location has beautiful rice field, garden and mountain views. The garden sweeps down to a small stream and has nearly a dozen fully grown coconut trees. Beautiful nature walks can be started right from the villa. Yet, the center of Ubud, the Ubud palace, is only a mile away. Many good restaurants as well as grocery shopping, galleries, internet cafes, are within walking distance.
The villa features: ~2000 square feet (190 square meters) of living space. Two bedrooms with air- condition (queen/ king). Two bathrooms, one with tub. One loft with sofa, coffee table, chairs plus an area for meditation or art projects. Further the villa features a large family room with a large antique daybed (queen) and dining table for six. Living room with coffee table, sofa, lounge chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with four range gas oven. 9’x22’ (270x670cm) swimming pool. Two of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and the rest of the home is built in open roof construction with ceilings up to 32 feet high which keeps all rooms nicely ventilated and cool. All rooms are fully furnished and serviced by a maid.
TV/DVD/VCD/CD in both bedrooms, satellite TV with almost a hundred channels in master bed room. Extensive DVD, VCD, CD collection of movies and music. Two phone lines --can be used with security deposit--allowing you to do internet access for your notebook, fax machine, electronic keypad safety box, outlets for 220 and 110 volts.

Hi Max, I hated to leave Bali. Lorna and I had such a good time in your house - so glad it was available for us. We were well taken care of by Iluh and Wayan and Mrs. Komang was a pleasure and so helpful. This was my first trip to Bali and I admit that I found it very hot some days - thank goodness for the pool. Almost jumped in fully clothed one afternoon! We continue to love your home. Every inch is beautiful, both inside and out. We hardly move from the house because it is so peaceful.
Your neighbors' rice field is ready to be cut. He often stands in the field yelling at the birds to keep them from reducing his harvest. Having him next door is just another benefit. He is magnificent looking and we admire his resilience and simplicity of life. I am not sure he relishes it as much as we, as observers.

Greetings from New York. Your house was great, the staff was divine, and Komang is a real treasure, you are indeed fortunate to have her as an employee. We love the house, the furniture was great and the house was in perfect condition, beds were so comfortable, the views were breathtaking. The safety deposit box was so great, thanks for that added security feature! The girl did a great job of cleaning , she made breakfast for us one time as we were always on the go. She was lovely. The gardener was great too, the pool was spotless and very refreshing! You have a real treasure. Your villa is the best kept secret in Ubud. We felt so safe and secure and the house has a really good feeling to it, a real sense of calmness and tranquility, we slept so well with great dreams! I was so impressed as to how everything was so well maintained and so clean and in perfect condition. I have been renting in Bali for many many years and I always see houses that we have rented that are really beautiful the first few years, then after that they go right down the drain, what I mean is that they just let things go!!! and the houses just fall apart.... Max hats off to you for maintaining such a great villa! You have a very unique villa and we truly enjoyed the days that we stayed there....Unfortunately it was not many but enough for us to really get a good taste of living in Ubud....
