Our villa is conveniently located in the Ubud area. The scenic and quiet location has beautiful rice field, garden and mountain views. The garden sweeps down to a small stream and has nearly a dozen fully grown coconut trees. Beautiful nature walks can be started right from the villa. Yet, the center of Ubud, the Ubud palace, is only a mile away. Many good restaurants as well as grocery shopping, galleries, internet cafes, are within walking distance.
The villa features: ~2000 sq ft (190 sq mtr) of living space. Two bedrooms with air-condition (queen/king). Two bathrooms, one with tub. One loft with sofa, coffee table, chairs plus an area for meditation or art projects. Further the villa features a large family room with a large antique daybed (queen) and dining table for six. Living room with coffee table, sofa, lounge chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with four range gas oven. 9’x22’ (270x670cm) swimming pool. Two of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and the rest of the home is built in open roof construction with ceilings up to 32 ft high which keeps all rooms nicely ventilated and cool. All rooms are fully furnished and serviced by a maid.
TV/DVD/VCD/CD in both bedrooms, satellite TV with almost a hundred channels in master bed room. Extensive DVD, VCD, CD collection of movies and music, electronic keypad safety box, outlets for 220&110 volts.

We had a wonderful and very relaxing time at your villa! It was just "what the doctor ordered." Your staff was the best staff we had care for our family in Asia! Iluh (maid, caretaker, do everything gal) was AMAZING! She kept the house VERY clean, made great breakfasts everyday, helped with the kids (even got little William to sleep for a nap once - which is not an easy thing to do). Agung (driver) was AWESOME! He was VERY helpful in every way. Driving us places, giving us advice and recommendations on where to eat, where to go, etc. We teased him that he was our driver, concierge, pumbantu (nanny), and butler! He said that was an honor. He answered everything we asked with "certainly" or "I will see what I can do" or "I will look into that for you". It was very obvious that he was a butler for 17 years at the Four Seasons Resort through the world and cared for celebrities such as David Copperfield, Cindie Crawford, Tiger Woods and more. Ask him to tell you the story about when David Copperfield made an entire table filled with food, table ware and china disappear and then reappear! Ha! Nyoman (property manager) was very kind and helpful. He was always reachable via cell phone and would always drop what he was doing to come to the villa to help us with whatever we needed. Most of all Max, thank you for your personal attention to all of our questions before we booked with you. This was our first trip to Asia, and with 2 little kids we wanted the ENSURE that we were going to be in a SAFE, well maintained, and relaxing environment. Your villa was just that. To all potential guests reading this review, Max is a very kind and super helpful person. My wife and I had about 100 questions for Max before we booked and he patiently answered all of them and offered his own advice from his personal experience traveling through Asia. I highly doubt anyone will find a villa owner that will be more helpful or accommodating. Max even helped me find cheap flights to Asia by doing research for me (without me even asking) and he continues to give me great advise as we tour through Southeast Asia.

I'd like to say how much our family enjoyed your hidden little jewel on the outskirts of Ubud town. The beautifully secluded rear terraced garden and pool was a favorite retreat. The Villa’s proximity to easy walking distance internet cafe, restaurants, spas, transport, walks, and supermarket were bonuses. Presentation of the Villa was at the level of an expensive hotel- a credit to your staff.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home in Ubud with us. We had a lovely, restful week, and we felt very lucky to have experienced a special holiday time in Bali. Komang, Iluh, and Made were kind, warm, welcoming, and extremely generous. Highlights for us were watching the fireflies at night while we sat on the steps, listening to the crickets chirp and the roosters settle for the evening; rafting down the river; walking through the gorgeously green rice fields; swimming in the ocean; and receiving the warmth of the people of Bali.

Your house was great, the staff was divine, beds were so comfortable, the views were breathtaking. The pool was spotless! You have a real treasure, the best kept secret in Ubud. We felt so safe and secure and the house has a really good feeling to it, a real sense of calmness and tranquility! I was so impressed as to how everything was so well maintained and so clean and in perfect condition. I have been renting in Bali for many years and I always see houses that we have rented that are really beautiful the first few years, then after that they go right down the drain, they just let things go and the houses just fall apart! Hats off to you for maintaining such a great villa!

Bathroom towels, bed sheets, etc. are frequently changed by the maid. Our gardener maintains the pool, takes care of the garden, creates flower arrangements in living, dining and master bedroom and helps with all needs around the house. Both work six days a week 8:00-12. House management checks you in and out and is on call for your special needs e.g. pick up or drop off from the 80 minute far away airport for US$30/car/one way.
