Year Purchased: 2001
We purchased our condo for ourselves to vacation, we fell in love with Ft Myers & bought a home in 2003 when we both retired. I was a Realtor & my husband was a purchasing agent for many years.
We had furnished our condo to our taste-what we wanted-and not just for rentals. We have quality furnishings, accessories, etc. We take pride in our condo just as we do our home.
Why the Owner Chose Heritage Palms
We purchased this condo because of the view from the 4th floor, and because Heritage Palms is a gorgeous, upscale complex with shopping close by. The airport is about 20 minutes. Heritage Palms has so many ammenities, and so well taken care of. It's just wonderful.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The view of the lake with the beautiful sunset. The Restaurant is fabulous. The pools are great. The surrounding area is fantastic. We'd get up in the morning & go to the kitchen/living area and it is always so bright & cheerful, great way to start out the day
