This is a spacious 3 bedroom property, in the Estates of the Wilderness, a quiet rural community in Kissimmee close to Disney. For those who want some relaxation time, and a bit more than a basic rental, this house has all the touches.
The info in the following sections goes over the facilities and area, below is how the house is set up. We have two living areas both with fans,( house has central adjustable A/C). The main family room looks over the pool having French doors out to the deck, so very relaxing. The second living room has the view of the front garden.
We have upgraded cable, TV, video and DVD Players - WIRELESS AND HIGH SPEED INTERNET - check your e-mail whilst out by the pool! The kitchen is fully equipped, coffee pot, blender etc all modern appliances, ice maker and has a table and chairs in the bay window over looking the garden and pool, a good spot to enjoy the family breakfast.
Kitchen, bathrooms, and hall floors are all tiled, and there is a small computer station. We have a separate formal dining area, but I think everyone eats out by the pool! The utility room is under A/C -not in the garage - full size washer and dryer, hanging racks etc, plus plenty of room in the garage for storage, line drying and of course space for your car.
We have 2 adult bikes, which we leave for guests to use - Pleasant Hill Road has a great bike path. The garage has an auto door to make life easier, with coded entry.
The master bedroom is set up as a king, French doors out to the pool, large walk in closet and the bathroom has twin vanities, toilet, corner sunken bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom is a queen, again a large closet and the third bedroom is a twin - 2 beds, large closet - usual dressers and nightstands etc.
The second bathroom has a door out to the pool, very handy thru the day, a full size tub, shower, toilet and vanity.
All of our doors out to the pool have pool safety alarms. The house has a home alarm, and the garage can be accessed via a code from outside. Our home is managed by a professional management company, always at hand for any assistance. They will call you once you have arriveD to check all is ok. We have employed them to look after our home for many years.
Now to the area where you will spend a lot of time, the pool and deck. When built, we extended this to the upgraded version, this allows for 4 loungers, tables and chairs, BBQ and extra seating.
Our guests in the past re book the home, they tell us it is because of the pool, the deck, and the location - quiet, out of the hub of the parks, but great access to all the attractions and there is plenty of things for them to come back to to enjoy.
We spend a lot of time at the house too - keeping the house fresh, and well furnished. The pool can be heated and has a cover. We are on a corner a lot, so a large amount of yard, trees and natural scrub surrounds the property. We get asked a lot about the parks etc, so hopefully the info below will help.
All of Disney's Theme Parks - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom), Universal Studios, Universal's Islands of Adventure, and Sea World are a short drive from Poinciana 25/40 Minutes, The Beaches, East Coast - Melbourne and Cocoa are a 1 hour drive, West Coast - St, Petersburg and Clearwater are a 2 hour drive, Kennedy Space Center is also a 1 Hour Drive, as is Busch Gardens and Tampa Bay area.
Cirque Du Soleil, Discovery Cove, Disney Quest, Disney, Pleasure Island, Blizzard Beach, Gatorland are all close by - 30 mins.
Perhaps visit The Holy Land Experience, Kennedy Space Center, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Universal City Walk, Fantasy of Flight, the Fun Spot, Green Meadows Petting Farm, Guinness World Records Experience, Lakeridge Winery and Vineyards, Disney's Wilderness Preserve, Showcase of Citrus, Silver Springs, Sky Ventures of Florida, Sterling Casino Lines, the Titanic Exhibition, and Wonderworks are some of the many of attractions you can visit thru you stay.

Our family spent the week of Thanksgiving at this home while we visited Disney. It was so nice to come back to a peaceful place in the evening after long days with crowds. It was the perfect size for everyone to have their own space but cozy enough to know where everyone one was. The best part? THE POOL! I was a little worried because we had paid to have it heated for the week, but my definition of "heated" and someone else's might be different. Well, we were not disappointed! It was wonderfully warm, like taking a bath in a giant tub! Our kids spent hours in it every night blowing off steam from the days activities. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The beds were all comfortable and having a washer and dryer was an added bonus. We drove down from Michigan so we were able to just pack clothes for 4 days then half way through our trip I did a few loads of laundry and we were good to go again. Michelle from Behlor was very nice to work with. She answered all of our questions and gave us very detailed information about the house and area around Kissimmee. My sister and bro in law are taking there family to Disney in the next year and I recommended this house to them.

We planned a trip to Orlando to celebrate our daughters birthdays. What a great week and the house was a wonderful change from staying in a hotel. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for us. We paid for the heated pool and it was well worth it after a day of walking the parks.

My Daughter, son in law, grandson and niece spent a week at this home in Oct 2011. We were in Flordia for the Disney Halloween events. The home is very spacious, the pool was great for the kids, it was heated so even though it rained nearly every day the pool was warm and the kids had a ball. This is a very affordable home with plenty of space.

My husband and I surprised our two kids with a Disney vacation last week and found this house the perfect place to create amazing Disney memories. We loved the privacy! The pool was awesome! If we weren't visiting one of the Disney parks, we were in the pool. Both kids actually asked if we could just move in and never leave. The house included everything we needed - down to even an air pump for the bicycle tires. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in while on vacation. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here, all the comforts of home. The pool was great! The only thing I would recommend to the owners is to do a bit of updating regarding the living room furniture and carpet and also a kitchen makeover. (I watch HGTV) Also a big thanks to Michelle for all the great assistance in renting this home for our vacation. Thanks Michelle!

We were very pleased with this home. It was very comfortable (the beds were great!). Behlor Realty was very easy to work with and just a phone call away when we needed them (the internet went down and they answered my call for help promptly)! The property is a bit of a drive from Disney parks, but it is easy to get to, convenient grocery shopping, and nice and quiet. The pool was so relaxing after a hot and tiring day at Disney parks! We stayed here for seven nights with our family of four and our ten year old niece. We made lots of memories on this trip! If we ever get to come back to Orlando we will definitely look this home up again and stay for two weeks instead of one!!

We felt very, very well in the house. Great: wireless internet and international phone flatrate!!! Never had before!. The pool was great and a real refreshment when coming back from the attractions in the evening. The house is very nice furnished and we found all we needed. The only problem we had: the air condition. Although we changed and confirmed the temperature on low, a few hrs later the temperature was again on high. But our problem - we did not contact Behlor!! A special thank to Michelle, she helped us with all questions we had prior to our holiday.

Our family had a one week stay at this beautiful home with all of the amenities and conveniences that any one would need for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation in the Orlando area. The home, pool, grounds, and The Wilderness community is just as described, and Michelle takes good care of her guests. The Foggy Creek Boat Ride is just 6 miles down the road and a good place to see aligators and several types of birds and nature. This location is good if you want some breaks from the Orlando parks like Disney World and Universal Studio, because the traffic makes it a good 45 minute drive in each direction. I highly recommend this property if you are wanting to discover Florida from a home-style environment, convenient to many wonderful sites and Sunshine State activities.
