Our family spent the week of Thanksgiving at this home while we visited Disney. It was so nice to come back to a peaceful place in the evening after long days with crowds. It was the perfect size for everyone to have their own space but cozy enough to know where everyone one was. The best part? THE POOL! I was a little worried because we had paid to have it heated for the week, but my definition of "heated" and someone else's might be different. Well, we were not disappointed! It was wonderfully warm, like taking a bath in a giant tub! Our kids spent hours in it every night blowing off steam from the days activities. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The beds were all comfortable and having a washer and dryer was an added bonus. We drove down from Michigan so we were able to just pack clothes for 4 days then half way through our trip I did a few loads of laundry and we were good to go again. Michelle from Behlor was very nice to work with. She answered all of our questions and gave us very detailed information about the house and area around Kissimmee. My sister and bro in law are taking there family to Disney in the next year and I recommended this house to them.

Birthday get away

We planned a trip to Orlando to celebrate our daughters birthdays. What a great week and the house was a wonderful change from staying in a hotel. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for us. We paid for the heated pool and it was well worth it after a day of walking the parks.

Disney Vacation

My Daughter, son in law, grandson and niece spent a week at this home in Oct 2011. We were in Flordia for the Disney Halloween events. The home is very spacious, the pool was great for the kids, it was heated so even though it rained nearly every day the pool was warm and the kids had a ball. This is a very affordable home with plenty of space.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My husband and I surprised our two kids with a Disney vacation last week and found this house the perfect place to create amazing Disney memories. We loved the privacy! The pool was awesome! If we weren't visiting one of the Disney parks, we were in the pool. Both kids actually asked if we could just move in and never leave. The house included everything we needed - down to even an air pump for the bicycle tires. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in while on vacation. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here, all the comforts of home. The pool was great! The only thing I would recommend to the owners is to do a bit of updating regarding the living room furniture and carpet and also a kitchen makeover. (I watch HGTV) Also a big thanks to Michelle for all the great assistance in renting this home for our vacation. Thanks Michelle!

Great Holiday

We felt very, very well in the house. Great: wireless internet and international phone flatrate!!! Never had before!. The pool was great and a real refreshment when coming back from the attractions in the evening. The house is very nice furnished and we found all we needed. The only problem we had: the air condition. Although we changed and confirmed the temperature on low, a few hrs later the temperature was again on high. But our problem - we did not contact Behlor!! A special thank to Michelle, she helped us with all questions we had prior to our holiday.

We were very pleased with this home. It was very comfortable (the beds were great!). Behlor Realty was very easy to work with and just a phone call away when we needed them (the internet went down and they answered my call for help promptly)! The property is a bit of a drive from Disney parks, but it is easy to get to, convenient grocery shopping, and nice and quiet. The pool was so relaxing after a hot and tiring day at Disney parks! We stayed here for seven nights with our family of four and our ten year old niece. We made lots of memories on this trip! If we ever get to come back to Orlando we will definitely look this home up again and stay for two weeks instead of one!!

Our family had a one week stay at this beautiful home with all of the amenities and conveniences that any one would need for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation in the Orlando area. The home, pool, grounds, and The Wilderness community is just as described, and Michelle takes good care of her guests. The Foggy Creek Boat Ride is just 6 miles down the road and a good place to see aligators and several types of birds and nature. This location is good if you want some breaks from the Orlando parks like Disney World and Universal Studio, because the traffic makes it a good 45 minute drive in each direction. I highly recommend this property if you are wanting to discover Florida from a home-style environment, convenient to many wonderful sites and Sunshine State activities.

Very positive experience. Behlor Realty (Michelle) was very professional and forthright regarding terms and conditions. The home was outstanding; everything needed to accomodate a family vacation to Disneyworld. Very clean, inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The living and bedrooms were well furnished. The bathrooms were well maintained. The pool, deck furniture and propane grill were in perfect working order. The house includes an alarm/security system which is comforting while you are away at Disney. We would do business with Michelle again without hesitation.

We would like to thank the owners and the realestate providers for allowing us to reside at 4120 Cannon Court on our frist time vacation to Disney. The home and subdivision was very relaxing and accomodating. The information that was left for us was great and very helpful. Our stay at 4120 Cannon Court was absolutely wonderful. My whole family of 4 loved it!! Just like being at home, very quiet, clean and comfortable. I would definately stay again if we are able to make it to Florida in the future. Plenty of towels and hot water. Very nicely decorated. They also have some movies ot view and books to read. Nice touch! I truly think anyone who stays here will love it, and hopefully take great care, as it is a very lovely home. Thank you for letting us use it.

The home on 4120 Cannon Court was a perfect place for our stay in Florida - quiet neighborhood, away from all the traffic and noise... We love 4120 Cannon Court because it is not like a typical Disney Vacation home. It is the Binding's Florida home with all the wonderful extras. The kitchen is better equipped in some area than our own: better pots and Corning Ware bowls, as well as lots of plastic Tupperware containers. In fact we made a party game of identifying all the utensils in the Utensil drawer. (one was never identified.) Now to the pool area, outstanding with plenty of space to sun on the new lounge recliners; even room for a cocktail party. We look forward to returning next year.

We loved 4120 Cannon Court. It is not like a typical Disney Vacation Home because it is the Binding's Florida home with all the additional touches. The kitchen is better equipped than our own home here in Western New York. In fact we made a party game identifying all the utensils in the utensil drawer.(One was never identified. There are beautiful pots and pans and lots of corning ware bowls and plastic containers.

Lisa e-mailed this to me - She ented 07/07. We stayed at 4120 Cannon Ct in the Wilderness. We absolutely LOVED it there. I was a little nervous renting a house I'd never seen but any reservations I had quickly disappeared the second we walked in. Everything was great. The pool is wonderful and the enclosed patio is awesome. There's a Walmart nearby so we were able to get plenty of groceries for the week and meat to cook on the gas grill. The master bedroom is big with a nice king size bed. The two other bedrooms were really nice and my son loved the Playstation 2. The house came with everything we needed (plus some). They even had wireless internet! It rained in the evenings while we were there so we ran to the video store and they let us rent a couple DVD's even though we aren't residents of FL. It was just an awesome stay. My kids were so sad to leave and made me take pictures of every room in the house! Thanks so much Michelle and Behlor Realty! We'll recommend you to all our friends! 5th Sept 2007 - These past renters asked me to add their letter of thanks to the book. Dear Brian & Judith, I would just like to let you know what a fantastic time we had while staying at Yumladac just recently. The villa was absolutely fantastic, so comfortable it felt like home as soon as we stepped in the front door and so well equipped we could have not have asked for no more. The villa is so well located in a quiet location yet only 3O mins or so from most of the parks. The pool was a fantastic hit with us all and especially with the boys who used it at every spare moment. I'm sure you would also like to know that your management company are obviously doing a sterling job as the villa was spotlessly clean and very tidy on arrival and we saw the pool man check the water during our stay. We had a non stop, tiring but thoroughly enjoyable stay visiting all the parks in Orlando and Busch Gardens in Tampa, along with Kennedy space centre where by pure luck it was the day of the shuttle landing which we stood and watched and felt very privileged. An Airboat ride at Boggy creek, plenty of crazy golf and a couple of visits to shopping malls made the holiday completely unforgettable added to as well by, for the main, roasting hot and sunny weather spoiled only slightly by two storms in the second week like we have never seen before but quite something to experience. It just remains for me to thank you on behalf of myself, Sue and the boys for letting us use your home and to say that one day we intend to return to Florida and would very much like to stay at Yumladac once again.
