This cozy cottage is located at Hawks Nest Beach, a family resort in Old Lyme, Connecticut. The kitchen and bath areas were remodeled one year ago. The fully furnished kitchen has new appliances, cupboards, granite counter tops and tile floors. The large porch is a great place to view the large grassy yard, beach, long Island Sound, and have your morning coffee.
Activities for kids include crabbing, swimming, kayaking & tennis. On site weekly scheduled events such as sand castle contests, scavenger hunts, talent shows, art projects & movies on the beach are a tradition with our events staff.
A small General store a few steps away offers last minute groceries, fresh coffee, homemade donuts, beach attire and gifts. The store is the general meeting area for activities and cottage check in.
The cottage is available May to October, with weekly rentals only in the peak summer season. Some off season shorter stays may be arranged, based on availability.
