The home breaks down into 2 villas one with a brand new bath & kitchen, stainless steel appliances and glass tile accent and corian counters, private screened lanai and decks. Private indoor laundry and after a day at the beach you can come back to the house and clean off the sand in the outdoor shower.
Situated on a quiet Island street. Location is fabulous to enjoy the sun rising over the Bay or the spectacular sunsets on the Gulf... just steps 1 1/2 blks (250 yards) to the most beautiful beach in the world with white sand and the sea breeze of the Gulf of Mexico and 1 block to the beautiful Bay offering great fishing and also a great little waterfront park just a few houses away that has a playground for the little kids and basketball courts for the older. Completely updated and furnished with a relaxing "beachy decor" and ceramic tile throughout.
Beachcombers and sun lovers can enjoy strolling for miles in either direction and enjoy sunny days, gentle currents and uncrowded atmosphere while collecting shells, sightseeing or just getting some sun. Walk to many restaurants or jump on the free open air trolley for your day of shopping or night of fun. Truly a magical destination. We chose Anna Maria Island for its kicked back and relax feel. We both have traveled extensively and have always loved what the Island gives us....fun, relaxation,fishing, sailing and great food. Close to all airports and a easy day trip to Orlando for guests. It is truly a vacation in paradise
