This recently renovated, Double Eagle condominium offers a premiere location nestled between the heart of downtown Breckenridge and the Snowflake Lift. Enjoy the tranquility of a remote mountain getaway that offers the ability to conveniently walk to town, catch the lift, and ski into your condominium, all without needing your car. On the local bus/shuttle route for free transportation to sites around Breckenridge including additional Summit County Resorts (Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin). A Breckenridge Lift Ticket is also valid at Keystone and Arapahoe Basin!

This second-floor unit has been completely updated. In July 2002, owners renovated the unit to include all new furnishings and fixtures, tile floors and tile countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new appliances and maple kitchen cabinets. In the fall of 2007 the unit was freshly painted and received new carpet in the family room and hallway and a new fireplace was installed. From April to November 2007 the entire Double Eagle Complex went through a major renovation including a new roof, siding and balconies. A new hot tub was also installed.

  • We enjoyed the condo. It's a nice unit for the kids any myself. We had plenty of room. It's a short walk down to town. Four O'Clock run is right behind it. The kids played over by the creek often. We would ski down to the condo when we stay here in '08. We'll be back!

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Spring Break! Being from Colorado Springs and skiing Breckenridge all winter long, we definitely know what we are looking for when we rent. And this place has it all! For our family, with teenagers, adults, and even grandchildren, it's all about the ski-in/ski-out, which allows for the independence of our various age-level needs. The teens can ski all day, while we take the little ones home to take a nap (o.k., I napped, too). Quiet; Comfortable; Clean; All the comforts of home! We'll be back!

  • Ski in and an easy 2 minute walk to the lift. Easy walk to all of restaurants in town. Great location and the place is in great shape. Would definitely recommend.

  • We had a great time on a girls weekend getaway at this condo! Perfect location, we walked to town to eat and shop...and skiied right to our door. We will definitely be back, wonderful condo!

  • Great location. It was wonderful to walk 2 minutes to the lift and then ski all the way home at the end of the day! Also very nice to walk to Main Street for dinner. The accomodations were just what we needed for our group, plenty of space and the fireplace dried us out after a long wet day. Jesse

  • When renting a condo off the internet and going off the limited pictures you never know what you are going to get. As soon as I walked in, I was very impressed with the condo. The lift was with in a very short walking distance from the lodge. There is also a ticket booth at the lift so there is no need to drive to the main base prior to getting on the lift. We were also able to ski right on down to the front steps of our lodge. Having something as simple as adding a humidifier in every room went a long way as us people from sea level have a difficult time in the mountain altitude. I think I almost passed out when first unloading all the baggage. I will definitley be using this place on future trips. Thank You!
