Our family friendly floor plan includes 2 bedrooms downstairs with full baths, TV/DVD's (1K, 1Q), a spacious den, TV/DVD, sound system, Wireless Internet, dining area, half bath, spacious laundry area, and new kitchen amenities. Outside you will find a wonderfully comfortable private sitting porch adjacent to a quaint screened dining porch.
Just a few steps down you can relax, sun or barbeque around the private pool area or why not just take a nap on the bed swing just under the porch? (Pool is 12 x 21 can be heated at an additional cost) Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms with TV/DVD's, 2 full baths (Master K, Q, Twins, Bunks) a den with sectional sofa and TV/DVD and a porch for just getting away to finish that novel you've been meaning to read.
If you find that you must absolutely leave this wonderful house, you are just a short walk from the spectacular beaches of Grayton (load the "Absolutely wagon" with towels and beverages) or stroll to one of the highly acclaimed restaurants in the area. This partnership of ABSOLUTELY began over a glass of wine in Italy! We love traveling with friends and family and we hope you will too! Four of us came to Florida and started our ABSOLUTELY venture. Our house is so perfect for a group such as ours here, or several families with children. The beaches of Grayton are the ABSOLUTELY most beautiful you will ever see. The restaurants are divine in the area and you can walk to several of them.

Absolutely Perfect Family Reunion

We invited our four children, their spouses and our five young grandsons to spend a week with us at Absolutely Grayton. This is a wonderful property that suited our needs perfectly. The bedrooms are super comfortable and roomy...all of the porches gave everyone an opportunity for some privacy. The master shower was great...we could shower all the young grandsons at the same time! The kitchen is small but well equipped. The pool was perfect and we especially appreciated the gate locks so kids were protected. The beach is beautiful and there was always a breeze. Very convenient nearby activities we enjoyed were snorkeling and the dolphin cruise out of Destin. Grayton is truly an old Florida beach town...we much preferred it to Seaside which is overcrowded and too commercial for us. We will treasure the memories we made as a family at this beautiful property...loved the decor and especially the original art work.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Hosted a family vacation with family members of all ages and everyone, from the grandparents to the grandchildren, had a fantastic time at Absolutely Grayton! The house fit the 14 of us very comfortably, was beautifully decorated, and in a wonderful location. There was plenty of room for us all to share a meal around the table or to relax and watch the sunsets on one of the wonderful porches. It was an easy walk to the beach and the private pool was wonderful amenity for taking a break from the sand. Great local restaurants were close by including the famous "The Red Bar." We cannot wait to go back to Absolutely Grayton!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We've stayed in Absolutely Grayton several times and love it. The furnishings are upscale, the mattresses are firm and the kitchen is well equipped. We've never had a problem with anything not being in perfect working order. Also, the swimming pool and back yard is a nice retreat when one gets a bit tired of the beach, particularly on hot summer days. I should also mention that the A/C in this house is superb.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Wonderful Long Weekend at your home. The artwork and furnishings are beautiful. Very comfortable beds and floorplan with 2 dens and many porches. The beaches are the best of anywhere with fine, white sand. We pulled the "Absolutely" wagon to the beach everyday, sometimes with children, sometimes with towels and refreshments for the adults. The sunset was awesome. We will be back soon!
