The property is a manicured half acre and is private and quiet. Most of the pool deck is flagstone but trex decking was used as well. It is a short 3 minute drive to the best beaches on the island. The yard is a huge 1/2 acre and has many fruit trees and is very tropical. The grass is like a golf course and flowers abound. There are banyon trees and a beautiful Koi Fish pond. Even though the house is at 1000 ft elevation it is only 1.5 miles to the best beaches. There is room for 2 cars in the carport. With no other homes between you and the gently rising slopes of Haleakala, you will have uninterrupted opportunities to absorb the special energy and inner peace found nowhere else in the world. The back yard IS Mt Haleakala!
