Option to transfer Full Golf membership for $250 plus tax, meaning no greens fees, preferred tee times and full use of elegant Clubhouse with formal and informal dining facilities, spa and other amenities. Transfer membership to Renaissance Center Club with 2 pools, fitness center, tennis, casual dining and activities for $100 plus tax. Transfer both for $350 plus $21 tax.

- Private heated pool and spa on screened lanai (no bugs), 50 inch flat screen HDTV in great room, 32 inch flat screen HDTV in master bedroom, beds all have 550 thread count sheets on them. Our home is professionally decorated, it is hard to fit it all in. Great room has 14 foot + ceilings, surround sound home theater system, plantation shutters, granite counters and tumbled marble backsplash in kitchen, marble bath in master. Master bedroom, breakfast room and great room all open onto the pool which faces west - beautiful sunsets unfold across lake and golf course. 20 minutes to Bonita beaches and Gulf of Mexico for swimming, boating, fishing, etc. There are 2 adult bikes for your convenience. Gas barbeque too. Located in gated Palmira Golf and Country Club, with 27 holes of golf, clubhouse with elegant dining room, library, lockers, spa,golf shop and snack bar, the Renaissance Center has a fabulous resort pool and lap pool, fitness center, snack bar and restaurants, lighted tennis.

In addition to 27 holes of Gordon Lewis golf, and the lovely house with private pool and spa to relax, we provide 2 adult bikes to ride around the community and surrounding area. Sunsets over the golf course and beyond are breathtaking. Secluded screened lanai with private pool and spa affords privacy to barbecue and relax after an active day. In addition, we have WiFi, 2 large flat sreen HDTV's, surround sound system and every amenity. Gourmet kitchen is well equipped, renters always comment it has all they could dream of!

We are a couple living in Connecticut, US. Mike is not yet retired so we are limited in time we can spend vacationing in sunny Florida right now. I am a ski instructor at Okemo Mountain in Vermont, so my winter months are spent in the frozen north while our renters get to enjoy the warm and sunny Florida climate.
