House is professionally decorated with peaceful secluded view of golf course and beyond. Close to great shopping, restaurants and downtown Naples. Outdoor activities like fishing, kayaking, boating, swimming, jetskiing, parasailing are all nearby.
The Unique Benefits at this House
In addition to 27 holes of Gordon Lewis golf, and the lovely house with private pool and spa to relax, we provide 2 adult bikes to ride around the community and surrounding area. Sunsets over the golf course and beyond are breathtaking. Secluded screened lanai with private pool and spa affords privacy to barbecue and relax after an active day. In addition, we have WiFi, 2 large flat sreen HDTV's, surround sound system and every amenity. Gourmet kitchen is well equipped, renters always comment it has all they could dream of!

We are a couple living in Connecticut, US. Mike is not yet retired so we are limited in time we can spend vacationing in sunny Florida right now. I am a ski instructor at Okemo Mountain in Vermont, so my winter months are spent in the frozen north while our renters get to enjoy the warm and sunny Florida climate.

Beautiful home, beautifully decorated and funished, very confortable and a great pool and spa. Home is wonderfully stocked. We felt like we were home the second we walked in the door. The owners made great efforts to make our one months stay very relaxing. The golf course is in great shape and challenging. Short distance to shopping malls and beaches. We hope we find the time to come back another time.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home from Jan through Mar 2010, and we have already signed up to do the same again next year! The house is beautifully appointed (it was a model home before the owners acquired it), quite new, well-situated for maximum light and viewing of gorgeous sunsets, and has every amenity possible! We found it in pristine condition when we arrived, and the owner was delightful, treating us like guests in her home. The furnishings are top quality and stylish, including the luxurious sheets and towels and ample kitchenware. In addition, there were two very nice bikes, a large Weber grill, and all sorts of pool and beach accessories for our use. Palmira is a community which is welcoming to renters, with easy golf and tennis transfer and a large schedule of activities open to all. Palmira boasts a beautiful clubhouse, an amazing Renaissance Center with two pools, great fitness center, and fitness classes available, as well as other functions and informational lectures. There is a very friendly atmosphere of inclusiveness within the community, making it an ideal spot in which to rent. In addition, children are very welcome here, with a beautiful zero-entry pool and fun playground, unusual features for a Naples area community. The Naples/Fort Myers area has a multitude of lovely beaches, cultural activities, shopping, and great restaurants available. Add some sunny Florida days, and you have a most wonderful vacation experience in Palmira!

My wife and I had the pleasure of renting this villa. Our daughters, one with husband the other with two young children also came and stayed.The villa was excellent. The location brilliant and the complex and golf outstanding. I would have no hesitation in renting again.

My husband and I left New England in a January snowstorm as we headed to the warmth of Bonita Springs, Fl. This time we drove our car as we would be spending three delightful months at this magnificent home located inside Palmira Country Club. All the amenities of "home" were included in this delightful abode located across the water from the 7th green. We spent some period of time outside on the patio every day from mid Jan. to mid April. The pool and the hot tub were a neat backdrop as the sun set in the West each evening. The kitchen was first class and my husband loved the Weber gas grill for barbequing. The owners were wonderful people to deal with and everything in this VRBO ad was accurate. We loved this place as much as any we have stayed at in Florida i.e. Sanibel Island, the Verandah in Ft. Myers etc. If you like golf, tennis, swimming, bridge, work out room and a beautiful property, you will love Palmira. It was our pleasure to have rented this home in such a neat community!!
