Recently refurbished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located right in the heart of Elkhorn with views of the golf course. The 1,250 sq. ft. condo has a queen in the master and 2 bridgeable twins in the guest bedroom, each with its own bath.
There are 2 TV’s, DVD, VCR, stereo, CD, microwave, full size washer/dryer, a gas log fireplace and high-speed internet access, both modem and wireless. A new extended deck has recently been added along with new deck furniture. New electric baseboard heat has recently been added along with all new mattresses and new linens and bed coverings and the unit has been completely painted.
Elkhorn amenities are included. This is a smoke free property and a pet may be considered with owner approval and additional refundable deposit.
