Step back in time to a slower pace of life, but with all the modern conveniences on beautiful Sanibel Island in Southwest Florida. Our spacious fully equipped condominium at the Tarpon Beach complex is located on the desirable West end of the island.
While central to the hub of activity on Periwinkle Way, Tarpon Beach also offers the solitude of a small complex (only 30 units). We have arranged our property in a manner that allows our guests to have the comforts of home without the pressures.
Located on the first living level (Tarpon Beach is a stilted complex with parking underneath, so there is no true ground level, but there are elevators) our property is a Gulf front, corner unit with a view of the pool as well as a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. As a convenience to our guests we also offer access to our lower level storage area where we provide 2 adult bikes, beach chairs and beach umbrella. For those needing to stay connected to life back home we offer WiFi internet access free of charge.
Our screened in lanai allows our guests to enjoy breathtaking views any time of the day without even leaving the condo. Whether or not you take advantage of the vast array activities such as:

* Observing nature in Ding Darling’s wildlife preserve
* Fine dining with live entertainment

You will be eager to return to our little piece of paradise! We have recently updated our property (mid 2008) with bright comfortable furnishings, island inspired art work and wall hangings as well as a 38 inch flat panel television for the living room. We also completely remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom and they turned out wonderfully! Our goal is that all of our guests fall in love with Sanibel Island and the comfortable little home we have created on it!
