'Blue tranquility', unit 205 at Sugar Beach Condominiums, is a 1400 sq foot condominium, including a 200 sq foot gallery overlooking the beach and the Caribbean Sea. From this second floor condo, enjoy spectacular views and stunning sunrises. This condo is furnished with lovely tropical decor, has TVs' in both bedrooms, as well as large-screen TV with surround sound in the living room, iPod docks in both bedrooms as well as in the surround system; there are sliding doors on to the gallery from both the master bedroom and the living room.
We provide free wireless internet access, and there is a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer for you to use.
On site there is a freshwater pool, nestled by historic sugar mill ruin, with club house, and 2 tennis courts. Sugar beach is about 7 miles from the airport and about 2 miles from historic Christiansted.

Why the Owner Chose Christiansted
We chose our condo on St Croix for its "million-dollar" view. Once we stepped out on the gallery, and saw the turquoise water and fabulous view, we were hooked! We looked at over 30 properties, but this one kept drawing us back. How lucky we were that the rest of the place was as lovely. St Croix is our favorite Caribbean island, charming and laid-back, and the locals are so friendly.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
St Croix offers the best scuba diving and snorkeling in the Caribbean. There are many beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and many watersports a short drive away. Restaurants and shopping are a 5 minute drive, 2 restaurants in walking distance, and, of course, the famous beer-drinking pig. We've spent many weeks here, and still have not done everything.
