One hundred seventy square-meter apartment on the second floor of an important antique building - Ca' Reggiani or Palazzo Arrigoni - of the 1400's known for its original architecture, located in the Gothic quarter. It enjoys a beautiful view of the canal "della Sensa," the handsomely shuttered windows open to an incredible view of the canal. The lights dance on the water in the evening, and in the morning the light is so irresistibly wonderful that you will understand how the painters of Venice achieved the stunning Palettes. The breeze moves the lacey linen curtain to and fro.
Ca' Reggiani is located a few minutes from the house of the famous Italian painter Tintoretto (born 1518, Venice; died 1594, Venice), the "Ghetto" and Casino’-Palazzo Vendramin-Calergi-; ten-minute walk from the main train station and the "Rialto" Bridge, fifteen minutes from S. Marco Square. The area is quiet and mostly inhabited by Venetians, typical shops and restaurants that offer superb local cuisine can be found.
The apartment is very bright and has a centuries-old floor in original Venetian "terrazzo," most ceilings are in exposed wooden beams, and the doors are original from the 1700's.
The large living/dining room and spacious bedrooms furnished with a delicate melange of antique and modern-style furniture with a charming collection of Murano glasses, together with the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, make this apartment both comfortable and full of atmosphere giving you the opportunity to let yourself go and enjoy the history that you will soon be seeing all around you as you tour the museums, walk the city, climb the bridges, and sail to other islands.
Second floor, large living/dining room, sit-in kitchen, two bedrooms with queen size beds, and one large bedroom/study with two single beds, and bathroom with bath tub and shower.

A deposit of 30 % of the amount due is required at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation unless otherwised agreed upon. Balance due must be paid upon arrival. Additional Charges are as follows: heating and telephone when used.
An additional deposit of $250.00 is due upon arrival and refunded on departure after the deduction of any extra charges or damages.
