Beautifu condo with all updated appliances and equipment. The owner Tom was great to work with. We have been coming to this area for 15 years, this is nicest condo we have had. We love the area and would definitely recommend the area and this property for anyone visiting the Gulf Coast.

My family of four stayed at this condo between Christmas and New Years. This is a very clean, well-maintained and updated unit. The condo itself is on the fifth (top) floor and is a corner unit so (other than some occasion traffic noise from the street outside) is very quiet. Everything in this unit is high-end from the thick bath towels to the matrices. The pool was closed during our stay but the hot tub opened about a week before we arrived and we used it several times. Many things to do in the area including several very good restaurants and close proximity to Clearwater Beach and downtown Tampa. We really enjoyed our stay in this area and in this condo. Tom was excellent to deal with and very professional.

Beautiful location, great condo facility. Has everything...beautiful, uncrowded white sand beaches; great for long walks, beach reading, shelling & viewing incredible sunsets. Large number of near by fresh seafood restaurants ( favorites - Crabby Bills, Sea Breeze, the Conch). Condo is spotless, comfortable & very well stocked. We found many nearby activities (seabird sanctuary, Tarpon Springs, Fort DeSoto, Pinellas County Botanical Gardens, sand sculpting contest, Johns Pass, etc.). We could be as relaxed or as active as we desired on any given day. Great vacation. Will definitely return again!

This is our second trip to Beach Cottage and we love it every time. The condo is spectacular and the three balconies provide beautiful views. Tom is so easy to work with and he responds so quickly to any questions you may have. We will definately be back as it is one of our most enjoyable vacations. The condo is located so close to everything and so easy to get around. The beach is wonderful and you can walk for miles. This is definately a 5 star condo. Thanks again Tom.

One of the nicest condos we have stayed in for a long time. Unit is exactly as it looks in the pictures and even better in person. Anyone thinking about staying here should book it, as I plan on tring to stay at this unit on our next trip. Many extras are included that you just don,t find at other places. Computer, beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs. All appliances are of top quality, and you tell these owners take good care of their unit. Tom thanks again for letting us use the unit. It was a pleasure.

Clean, Close to Beautiful Beach, Spectacular View, Ammenities Galore,

I chose this based upon the consistent positive reviews. I was still impressed and can't wait to go back! We had a great first vacation with our 1 year old, although this would be ideal for all ages. You can tell that Tom & Jan have gone above & beyond to make this an upscale, hassle-free vacation spot. Tom is very responsive & they have a great working relationship with Pat who cleans & looks after the condo. Thx Pat for rescuing my camera & mailing it to me. The pictures & write-up don't do the condo, ammenities, views & beach justice. I definitely OVERPACKED for the baby. Also, not wanting to waste precious beach & play time at the grocery store, I went straight from airport to store before arriving at condo... I OVERBOUGHT. My advice, take the reviews at face value: remove 50% of "must haves" from your suitcase & check into condo before you go to the grocery store.... this place has just about everything! *MOST IMPORTANT: 5 min to soft sand, clear water & uncrowded pristine beach *CONVENIENCES: *Grocery w/i a few miles. Prefer Winn Dixie over Publix (saver card in kitchen) *Restaurants - We used the Condo guide book & tried the Ice Cream shop, Salt Rock Grill, & Joto's Pizza (liked all 3). Walked 1 mile to the Grill & took taxi home. Joto's delivers; extra coupons in the guide book. *3 balconies w/ 1 facing Gulf - spectacular view of beach & ocean; decorated tastefully in Tommy Bahama Style *Closets are stocked - (hallway & BOTH Bathrooms) toilet tissue, paper towels, bath towels, beach towels, travel shampoos & conditioners, dish soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, cleaning supplies etc. They have an honor system to replace if you finish something. I overbought & just left our extras for next guests *Washer /dryer in unit was super convenient *Baby/Kids Ammenities - Pack N Play w/ 3 sheets, Beach Stroller, High Chair, Sippy Cups, Baby Spoons, DVDs, basket of toys/puzzles, Closet FULL of beach toys, floaties, noodles, chairs, umbrella, Books for ALL Ages. I donated 2 Patterson paperbacks *Kitchen fully stocked with plates, glasses, pots/pans, coffee maker etc. We donated 2 novelty Bubba Gump glasses. *BBQ Grills by Pool. Only 1 of 3 was operable, but we didn't wait long. *We didn't use the computer, but should've for printing Allegiant boarding passes for St Pete Airport (LONG lines).

The condo is lovely! Just what you would think a place at the beach should be. Comfy furniture, Island decor, (3) balconies, one looking out on the Gulf. This 'home away from home' is just that. The condo comes furnished w/everything you need to enjoy your vacation....beach towels, chairs, toys etc.; top of the line appliances, washer/dryer; computer and telephone. The unit is clean and as it is an end unit, it's very bright and airy... AND, Mrs. K. compiled an information packet for guests that is fantastic! We're going back in 2013!

Our family wanted to explore the Tampa area but also relax on the beach and by the pool. This condo was perfect and roomy enough for our family with great views of the beach and bay. The owner, Tom, was very easy to work with and extremely responsive to our inquiries. The best part about the condo was it has everything needed for a family including booster car seats, a stroller and plenty of beach toys and towels. We didn't drive so having these type of amentities was very beneficial for us. Lastly, the condo was very clean and comfortable!

We were here for the first nine days of January. the weather was not too good in the beginning so we had more time to enjoy the lovely condo. It was well equipted with all the things you need.The views were wonderful and we could not find any thing we did not like about the condo. Tom was very helpful.

Amazing condo, amazing vacation

Where do I start with this absolutely gorgeous condo. The pictures do not truly show how wonderful it is. There is nothing left out from the appliances, to the beach towels, to the computer and everything you need for a complete holiday. The views from the three balconies were great and there was always sun on at least one of them. We swam in the heated pool every day and walked the beach several times. You can't find a more beautiful beach and you can walk for miles. The complex itself was very well maintained and spotless. Supermarkets and a lot of restaurants are within very easy access from the condo. Tom was so easy to work with. He is so organized and we appreciated the welcome package with the list of restaurants, things to do, maps etc. This was an amazing vacation and we would recommend this condo to everyone. We look forward to next year and hopefully many more to come.

The online pictures of this condo do not do it justice! When you walk in you know right away you are at home. The condo is extremly nice and the owners have everyhting you will need to make your stay complete. You do not need to pack anything but your clothes, everything else is provided! Beach Cottage is the perfect property to visit. The pool area is huge and with secure access to and from the beach. When you visit be sure to take time to go to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. If you have small children they will enjoy seeing Winter, the dolphin of the movie Dolphin Tale. I would recommend this condo, Beach Cottage and the whole area to my family and friends.

This was a wonderful condo. Very clean and nicely decorated. Everything was stocked (paper product, cleaning supplies, etc.) The only thing you had to buy was food. Everything else was supplied. Bedrooms were large. Masterbath was great.

The condo was something out of a magazine. It has everything you can image and it is very tastefully decorated. The owner provides you with everything that you could possible need for a great vacation. The owner also provides you with a condo book that tells about restaurants, places of interest to visit and any other great happenings going on while you stay. It has a very beautiful view. The resort is very clean and it is located within walking distance to grocery stores, convenience stores and restaurants. I would definitely reccomend this condo to families, couples and single people. It made our vacation to Florida very enjoyable.

Wow! Great family unit was well-stocked with games, movies and books. The balcony views were beautiful!! The unit was quiet even with lots of activity at the pool. This unit was great for my family with kids ages pre-teen to older teen. A must for nature lovers.

The condo was awesome. Very luxurious amenities and very clean. The unit provides everything you need to have a great stay. We have stayed in many condos in different locations throughout Florida and I have to say that this was definitely the nicest one that we have ever stayed in. The condo was very quiet and relaxing but the location was close enough to drive to commercialized areas for entertainment. Would highly reccommend.

Little did we know that we were in for a very special treat when we spoke to Tom about renting his condo for a week in June.The drive from the airport was quite easy and the condo was easy to locate. Once inside we found everything as we had anticipated. Tom and his wife have thought of everything in making their home our temporary home. There was no last minute rush to the store to buy incidentals because they had everything well stocked. The furnishings were lovely and quite comfortable. We truly enjoyed the decks off the kitchen, bedroom and family room. A computer and printer were at our disposal so printing our plane tickets ahead of time was a real treat. We highly recommend Tom's condo if you want to enjoy beautiful sunsets, A+ accomodations and terrific restaurants.

This was a terrific place to spend our vacation week. The views were great. The location was easy to get to. The unit itself is undoubtedly the nicest one we've stayed in after several years of renting condos rather than hotel rooms. Loved the master shower and really enjoyed the chance to check out the Tempur-pedic mattress as we've considered getting one. The kitchen was nicer than I have at home and very well equipped. The beach was clean, uncrowded, and you could walk for miles.

Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your condo. We had perfect weather and were able to enjoy the pool and the beach every day. The condo includes all the comforts of home. We especially loved having 3 balconies and had lunch off the kitchen balcony most days and enjoyed reading and watching the water off the living room balcony in the morning and at night. The condo is in a great location close enough to the airport, Clearwater, and plenty of restaurant choices including the Candy Kitchen which was our children's favorite. We would absolutely love to come back again soon!

Our first stay was directly below your condo, on the second floor, and had the same layout, but your condo was so much nicer with all the updates. My husband and I along with our two youngest stayed at this property over spring break 2011. The pictures reflect what you see only better in person. The kitchen is stocked with extremely high quality gadgets and cookware. The owners supply towels, and beach toys, chairs, etc. We would stay here again definetly! Restaurants we enjoyed were PJ's and Crabby Bills, also like to shop at John's Pass.

This was the nicest condo we have stayed in for a long time. The view was beautiful and the pool area and the beach were awesome. Very helpful maintenance peolple when we needed guidance and the neighbors were all very nice. OUr three college kids thought it was awesome and they have a nice apartment at Purdue.Clean area, nice scrapbbok of local restaurants with sample menus for your viewing. Awesome Beach Cottage

We totally loved our Beach Cottage stay. We had all the amenities of home that most often aren't found in rentals....right down to shampoo, detergents, food storage containers and chip clips. The decor and location were amazing. And the owner always responds in a timely manner. The only thing we didn't like??? We only had one week!!! :-) I would highly recommend staying here.

This condo was exactly as pictured on the website...only more beautiful! This is a very convenient location. It's about halfway between Clearwater and St. Pete's on a highway full of restaurants and things to do.Go to John's Pass (half hour ride) for boutique shopping and a dolphin watch boat ride. We actually saw dolphins, too!The condo was very clean and very well supplied and beautifully furnished. Great kitchen and super master bath. The owner, Tom, seems like a great guy and was very helpful!

Well kept, beautiful condo

We just spent 12 nights in one of the most comfortable condo's we have ever stayed in. It truly feels like home away from home (better than home.) The location of Beach Cottages is great, easy to get anywhere you need to go. I was a bit nervous about the bird sanctuary being next door (I had read some reviews about it smelling bad). We didn't ever smell it at all on the balconies (yes, 3 different sides with balconies) or on the beach. The beach was nice. There is a volleyball net on it, and a ball in the closet on the gulf side balcony (as well as many beach toys/chairs/life jackets for the kids and chairs/umbrella for the adults.) There was a problem with the bikes (? they may have been stolen) but we didn't have time to care or ride them anyway. We had nice walks on the beach. The only issue that was disappointing for us was the view. The picture labeled "Exterior view from beach-pool area - Indian Shores Vacation Condo" (the one with the unit circled and sky to the left of the building) made me think that the unit was beach front/at the western most end of the complex.) However, there is actually a building (that is a different complex than Beach Cottages) that sits perpendicular right at the unit. You can see the ocean, just not totallly unobstructed. The shape, cleanliness, and comfort of the unit makes up for this. You can also see the inland waterway and Gulf Blvd from the other balconies. All in all, I would come back in a hearbeat, and we have stayed in many condos over the years and only a few I could say that for. We have let our church family know that this is a great condo for the Feast of Tabernacles.

My family of five stayed at this wonderful condo last week and we all agree, it is the best place we've ever stayed! The furnishings are comfy and beautiful. Everything is new and updated. The pictures on line don't even do it justice. That's something when the rental is even better than the photos! But what really makes this place far superior is how well it is stocked. We stayed at this condo from April 24 to May 1, 2010, and all that we can say is WOW. Everything you could possibly need has been provided by Tom and Jan -- beach towels, toys for the kids, TVs, movies, games, computer with Internet access, hairdryers, soap and I could go on and on. In addition, the place is very well kept and clean (we're usually very picky about cleanliness but we had nothing but praise for the way this condo is maintained). It's also very organized -- extra keys are provided and there is even a big binder that provides very clear instructions on how everything works and what needs to be done at the time of departure. You will not be disappointed. We spent a week with our 4 and a half year old twins and they just loved the place and especially the pool and hot tub. Stores are nearby as well as many attractions. You can even drive to Disney in just over an hour and a half if you are so inclined. We would rent this condo again in a hearbeat. Thank you Tom and Jan!

Dear Tom and Jan We had a great time and thank you for having us. The Condo is a great corner unit with three balconies - we had breakfasts with a beach view and could watch the boats on the waterway from the other two.The decor was beautifully done and was latest in design and comfort. You supplied us with everything we needed to explore the area from Clearwater Beach (Pier 60) to St. Pete Beach with maps and the Fl tour book. We found your "Book" excellent to provide all the information we needed about the local and suggestions for a wide choice of restaurants. We regret our stay was too short but our choice was the best! Great place for vacation. This condo has everything you need for a great vacation. The owner has done a great job decorating and remodeling and spared no expense in furnishing the place. Kids loved the pool and beach. This condo is close to major attractions and shopping. The balconies offer excellent views of the ocean and bay. Thanks for a great vacation.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed here June 6-13 with our two children and had a wonderful time!! The condo has everything you need from beach stuff to games for the kids!! Beautifully decorated and excellent views! We drove to Orlando one day and back the same night as it is about 1 1/2 hours away! Loved everything especially being right on the beach! We wish we could have stayed longer! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay somewhere quiet and beutitful!!

Our spring break vacation was fabulous. We've been vacationing in this area of Florida for years. This condo was, by far, the best we've had the privilege of renting. The bikes were an added bonus! We hope to return again.

Had a wonderful time in a fantastic condo. Everything needed was there and it felt like home. Loved the balconies, the view, the beach, and the pool. It is a great location for a quick trip to Clearwater, John's Pass and Busch gardens. Our girls went parasailing and there were so many restaurants to chooose from. Super extra touches such as the notebooks with favorites and things to do. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo has everything you could possibly want or need. The view of the Gulf is amazing and the weather was perfect. We can't wait to come back next year! Thank you so much for thinking of everything!

Absolutely wonderful and relaxing vacation condo. The condo is beautifully and comfortably decorated and has all you need and more for your vacation. Getting up in the morning and stepping right out on the beach for a walk and late night beach walks are awesome. The beach is wonderful and the area offers so much for you to do. We will definitely come back here again and again!

4-1 through 4-9-09. This was my 2nd stay but first time for the my husband and two boys. We are all looking forward to returning next year. Everything about this place is perfect -accomodations, beach, pool, close enough for a day trip to Disney & Busch Gardens.

Our family spent a long weekend at this condo in mid-February and had a wonderful time! A great view of the gulf, multiple balconies, beautifully furnished open floor plan, a pool and hot tub at our disposal... we couldn't have asked for more! Already looking forward to a future getaway!

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo for a week in February 2009. The condo has been completely renovated and is very spacious. It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful ocean view! We will definitely vacation here again.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation! It is so beautifully furnished and close to everything we wanted to do. On days in we enjoyed the multiple patios, heated pool (ahhhh), walks on the beach, and grilling up our own seafood dinners. We especially liked all the information provided on all the fun things to do and great places to eat in the area. It made planning our days out so easy! We can't wait to come back!

We just returned from an outstanding week at this condo and we could not say enough about the great time that we had. The condo is beautiful...and is truly like a having your own luxury suite with 3 balconies...one for morning, afternoon and evening. We grilled fresh fish purchased from a local seafood outlet and stayed at the condo 2 of the 6 evenings we spent at this delightful location. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and were warm and pleasing. The sunsets were spectacular from the condo's deck and, although it was the 1st week of January, the weather was amazing especially when compared to the weather you would expect in Northern Ohio. A true highlight was being able to ride bicycles on the beach. Quiet, healthy living and relaxation...you simply cannot find better. We would recommend this condo to our best friends.

Our family stayed at this condo for a week in July/08 and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We have vacationed in the area before however, the accommodations at Beach Cottage II made the difference.The location on the beach is ideal as it offers you privacy yet you are close to all activities. The condo itself is "top-class", very spacious and luxuriouly appointed. The bedrooms gives you privacy and comfort. The 3 balconies provides an opportunity to indulge in a choice of preferred sceneries - ocean, waterway or star- gazing (with a cold pop of-course); again offering privacy. In all the condo met all of our expectations (even our teenaged kids). Our family enjoyed our time at the condo and will definitely revist in the future.

My children and I stayed at the condo for a week the end of May. GREAT accomodations! All renovated beautifully. Wonderful location right on the beach and then the pool when we got tired of the sand. Beautiful new kitchen - but I never used it because we ate out every night (my vacation) and there were a lot of restaurants to choose from. I'd will certainly recommend it to my friends.... Thanks!

My wife and I stayed at this condominium in early April. Not only is this an extremely well appointed condominium , the location is superb as it is on the beach, overlooking the private pool, in an area with great restaurants, shopping and access to the highway. There are 3 wonderful balconies off the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. A gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, and huge master shower were all brand new. The views were amazing. We will most certainly make this a get-away destination each year!
