The Unique Benefits at this House
We like the fact that Emerald Isle is not overcommercialized. The beach is clean and never too crowded even in peak season. The island has an atmosphere of settled residential homes, not simply catering to tourists. It would be a good place for a permanent home, when we get to the point we can retire there.
