Although our house has a rustic look on the exterior, the interior has been recently remodeled. This is a 3 bedroom two bath house with a large screened porch and 2 decks. The back deck overlooks the Withlacoochee Bike Trail. The bike trail is part of the Rails to Trails network. It is 46 miles long. Rails to Trails are reclaimed railroad right of ways that have been paved for bicyclers and hikers. There is also a horseback trail along the same right of way. Floral City is a quiet, friendly community with a number of restaurants. You can ride your bike to breakfast, lunch, dinner or happy hour. There are also antique shops in the area.
Bike rentals are available at the bike shop located just 1-1/2 miles away, however, we do include bikes with the rental (recumbent and regular bikes).
Canoeing and kayaking available at Nobleton Outpost - 9 miles away.

We stayed here with our 3 children (8, 10 & 12) for 12 days over Easter and loved the house and the area. A great break from hectic Orlando. Loads to do locally and the town itself is really nice. The bike track is a great amenity. The house itself had everything we wanted - simple, clean and full of charm.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Very clean, neat, the beds were really comfortable. Bring your own drinking water. Is a good place to stay while you make day trips. Was perfect for our nearby family reunion. Literally everything is provided that you would need which was great as many places we have stayed in the past we had to purchase gaarbage bags, paper items, etc. Owner very pleasant and easy to contact and work with.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful place!! Linda was great to work with. The house was clean and in great condition. We really appreciated the information on the local dining areas as well as how to best utilize the trail. We'll definately be back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
