In the summer, escape from the heat and experience high country mountain biking, hiking, jeeping, fishing and more. Summers offer festivals, markets and entertainment options such as the Teva Mountain Games, Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival, Vail International Dance Festival, free rock and jazz concerts and street parties.
If you want to experience the beautiful Vail Valley without paying the high prices in the resorts, our house is conveniently located only 5 minutes from the Lake Creek trails, 8 minutes from Beaver Creek resort and 15 minutes from Vail. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in a development of designer homes with open space, a playground, and some of the BEST mountain views in the valley, we're only a short walk into downtown Edwards where you can enjoy diverse restaurants and retail shops in the town that is quickly becoming the central hub of the valley.
You will appreciate the bright, open floor plan and the spectacular mountain views from every window in the house. The large grassy yard is great for the kids and there are front and back decks to enjoy the scenery and meals outside.
The main floor has a gourmet kitchen with stainless, high-end appliances, a center island with bar stools, and an oval dining table seating 6-8. A gas grill on the deck outside the dining area is perfect for barbecues. Living room has a gas fireplace and stylish, comfortable furnishings; the master bedroom has king bed, and the master bath has a steam shower and jetted tub. There is also an office with WiFi on the main floor.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: the second master has a queen, one has 2 twins and the third has a baby crib/toddler bed. Children’s play area with TV, DVDS, video player and a cozy couch where you can read or enjoy the best views from the house. Downstairs there is a full workout room with ample storage area.
