Our vacation home is the perfect spot for those full-filled days, and romantic sunsets each and every night. Redington Beach is located about 3 miles north of the World Famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk in Madeira Beach, the beaches largest attraction. Our beachfront condo is perfectly located directly on the beach and overlooking the pool and tiki hut area. You will find it very comfortable and beautifully appointed. We're confident you will want to return year after year. Spend your days combing the beautiful white sandy beach or relax in the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
Our vacation home offers an elevator to reach all of the six floors. Have fun at the beach with your family or visit the many vacation attractions within reach of the Redington Beach area. Redington Long Pier has a well equipped bait and tackle shop, and is only a 10 minute walk down the beach for some great fishing or picture taking. Popular attractions include: (0-1 hr drive) Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Cypress Gardens, Raymond James Stadium, Tropicana Field, Seabird Sanctuary, Tarpon Springs Sponge docks and fishing Village, St. Petersburg Pier, Horse / Greyhound Racing. These condos all face the beautiful beach. The first condo we had needed updating and was a smoking condo (beware). We moved from that one to a remodeled very nice condo. (113). It was a great place to stay next to the Doubletree where you have access to rent cabanas, eat and a full bar. Room Tip: 113 was remodeled and above the pool

Hello Jeff, We arrived back in the uk yesterday afternoon and have finally had some sleep. I hate the long haul night flight home. I just wanted to say a big thankyou for allowing us to rent your beautiful North Redington condo. This was so comfortable, relaxing and homely. As you know we have been going to Florida for the past 20+years and I can honestly say that your beachfront condo is the best we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect and the views were simply awesome. The area was great, away from the busy Maderia & Treasure Island hype, but all were within a short distance to make everything so assessible. The staff at the Ram Sea were helpful and responded to any query we had - like they sent a maintenance guy up to sort out the 'smelly' dishwasher and he replaced a couple of broken lights bulbs too. It was so nice to get clean towels and linen a few times during our stay. We left some beach chairs which we bought as there was six of us (one of yours was already broken) and also left some extra beachy items which our teens had purchased from Target on the way down, as I didn't realise you had such a good stock available for your guests' use. We checked out early Friday morning so we could spend a lovely spring-like weekend in Boston on our way home to the uk. We hope to return to the gulf coast next year or certainly in 2013 and needless to say I shall be contacting you regarding availablity. It has been a pleasure to deal with you personally and again thank you for providing a wonderful location/condo for our use. Regards, Marilyn.

My family and I just spent our 2011 Spring Break in this beautiful condo on North Reddington Beach. The three bedrooms are all good sized and allow enough space for the family to separate when necessary, but the common area consisting of the living room, dining room, and kitchen have ample space for gathering. We had a teenager and an elementary school aged child and there were activities and other kids the same age in and around the complex for them to socialize and play. Great things included being on the first floor (above the parking garage) as there really was never a reason to use the elevator which made coming and going quick and easy. The pool was warm and the spa (hot tub) was hot. From the deck you can watch the kids swim, be on the beach building sand castles, laying out or playing volleyball. Right next store is a rental facility for sail boats, water trikes, wave runners and other cool stuff. There are both nice and causal restaurants within easy walking distance. We also took a day to drive to Orlando which had me a bit nervous, but the drive wasn't at all bad and the day was a huge success; traveling both directions in a single day and spending at day at universal Studios with Harry Potter. My son and I spent three days golfing and found both local municipal courses and club courses close by and very affordable. In fact the nicer courses let juniors play free in the afternoon and we took advantage of those offers. Ultimately if you are looking to be in the area, on a beach and watch awesome sunsets all in a family friendly area then this condo will more than satisfy your needs. The only reason I gave the condo four stars is because I don't give anyone five stars.
