  Every few years we get the kids and grandkids together from all over. Bill and Mary seem more like neighbors than landlords. The house seems like a home not a "rental" and they know how to get you the boats and toys that make it a blast. We will be back every few years. This is a special memory for our family. John and Pam

  We recently rented this home with friends for the Memorial Day Weekend. We have rented many homes over the years and I have to say that this one is certainly one of my favorites. The home and all of its ammenities really made the weekend a success. The spacious indoor space and huge deck overlooking the lake made for ample room to spread out. The owner (who lives next door) was very kind and helpful and did not intrude in on our space and never did we feel as if we were being "watched". We actually enjoyed having them next door although we did not have any problems with the house during our stay. The lake is nice and very clean. We are looking forward to a return stay!

  Our family had a great week at this wonderful lake house. Bill and Mary were so helpful and considerate in accommodating us and in making the visit easier for our daughter who is disabled. The area is beautiful with lots of fun things to do. We hope we can make this trip again in the next couple of years. Thanks so much to the Grimms.

  We LOVED this house and Powers Lake! Rented it for our family reunion and everyone came... we all had plenty of room and the accomodations are top-notch. Our 85=year-old mother could not have been more comfortable or pleased with the house. The pier was so spacious with such nice furniture, we were all able to hang out by the lake every day. And the lake... you can't find more pristine clear water without driving at least 4 hours north-- beautiful lake! We skiied and fished and swam all week. Last thing to mention-- that sunroom... WOW! Had the most fun family dinners every night in there -- all seated at the same long table. We were almost hoping for a rain day so we could just hang there and play games! But the weather was perfect all week so the yard and lake beckoned. Thank you Griggs family for a GREAT vacation!

  We loved the place. Great location close to Chicago. 5 bedrooms easily fit 2 families. The front deck was grand! We loved the bonus room with the huge dining table. Nice to fit everyone around the table for grand family celebrations. Bill & Mary were very accommodating. Flexible booking and quick response to questions we sent via email. We'd love to come back!

  Powers Lake is the best lake in Wisconsin-clean,quiet&pristine.We had a wonderful time at your home!What a fabulous deck and yard to BBQ and play games. The house is great for multiple families/couples because there is plenty of rooms to hang out in and you don't feel crammed.We especially enjoyed the big long table in the sun room-perfect for dinners.We hope to be back next summer

50% deposit with booking; Balance due 90 days prior to reservation
Exit cleaning charge of $165

Bedrooms: Two King Size Bed,Three Queens,
Groups over 10 must be approved by owner,who lives next door.
Holding tank pumping of $100 per visit(Paid by rentor)
