This beautifully renovated mountain home is located at the hub of the Pikes Peak Region. Just minutes away from historic Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Pikes Peak Railway, Pikes Peak Highway, Barr Trail, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks Park, Cheyenne Canyon and so much more.

Enjoy the main level of this three story home, with the option of using the lower level apartment as well. Each living level is completely separate and private from the rest of the home and each level has it's own entrance. The owners live in the upper level of the home and are very respectful of your privacy.

Each living room and bedroom is equipped with it's own LCD TV and DVD player. You can enjoy wireless internet access throughout the home and each bedroom has it's own IPOD docking port!

The luxurious main level has been completely remodeled and has over 1,400 square feet of living space. It includes; two bedrooms (one of which has a private bathroom), two bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry room and a beautifully furnished living room. Complete with a wood burning fireplace and amazing views, it's a real Rocky Mountain High.

The lower level is a stand alone apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Although it's completely separate there is an interior connection with the main level. A great way to enjoy the company of others, yet with the ability to retreat to your own private space. In total there is 2000 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, and two kitchens. You can choose all or part of the space.

Our child friendly amenities include a youth bed, high chair, a pack and play, booster seat, and safety gates for your use. We are also pet friendly although we are selective regarding the pet/s.

There is an outside area with table and chairs, views of Garden of the Gods and a gas grill for your enjoyment. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy the outdoors.

There is so much to see and do in the Pikes Peak Region you'll enjoy a place to relax after a day full of sight-seeing. Or perhaps you would prefer to spend your days lounging amidst stunning scenery by day and city lights by night. Wildlife abounds. Chances are you'll see deer, turkeys, foxes, bears and the occasional mountain lion if you're "lucky".

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE WINTER MONTHS, NOVEMBER-APRIL, YOU WILL NEED AN ALL-WHEEL OR FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE!

  • Wow!!! What a wonderful place to stay. We were there for a week and had a great time. We had several vistors...deer and chipmunks. The deer will come right up to the back deck to feed on the plants...they are beautiful creatures. This place has a great location, there is so much to do within a 15 minute drive...we found that a week was just not long enough to do everything there is so we plan on returning in the near future.

  • We loved this house! It was perfect for a family of 5. We rented the main level only and had plenty of space. The views are spectacular and the house had everything we needed. The decor is beautiful. We will return!
