Awesome Spring Break Gathering

We were a party of 14, 3 families skiing and boarding during the kids' spring break. House was perfect; clean, plenty of linen,dishes,cookware and seating; washer/dryer, hot tub in excellent condition; lower entrance of house allowed kids to take off their snowy boots and hang up wet clothing; great yard! Excellent for building snow forts and having snowball fights. Small tree fort was on property. Local bus service to Winter Park and Fraser. Owner's were very helpful with specific questions. All 3 families would rent this house again.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed using your home and how well it worked as the central point for coordinating all our wedding activities. We had guests from 8 countries beside the USA and we hosted a couple of lunches. Everything about the house lends itself to a fantastic experience, the view, the amenities, the kitchen and the socializing space. My husband thought it was the best idea I had regarding the wedding. Thank you for making it available you made our event that much more memorable.

We had a large extended family vacation with 4 families and lots of little cousins running around. Everyone had their own "space" and the kitchen was well stocked and roomy enough to handle making large meals for everyone. The area is gorgous and the views are amazing! We had a minor mishap with a broken window and the owners were very gracious and forgiving. :-) Everything went very smoothly and we have great memories from our week!

I was invited to come to this wonderful place with my Mississippi daughter and son-in-law's church group of 18-20 (with 8 children ages 9mos to 13yrs)on a ski trip in March. They traveled 14 hours thru Oklahoma to get me and a couple others and continued the bus trip into the middle of the night (36 hours total) until we arrived weary but excited. This house was so much more than we ever expected. All the amenities surpassed our every need, the hot tub was wonderful and we even awoke one morning to two large moose eating from the tree in front of the downstairs door! Everyone woke to a house full of excitement that morning. Thank you for listing this beautiful home for us to use. We had such a great time there.

We had 4 adult couples, 5 kids and 1 baby. It was a great four plan. Location perfect, grocery store within a minute. Kids loved the hot tub. Adults loved the two living rooms. We'd definately rent it again.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful stay in your home. The kitchen and dining table were excellent for a gathering of multiple families. The TV room has a great sectional sofa and game table; and was a wonderful place for both kids and adults to relax in. It lived up to all of our expectations.

I unfortunately blew out my ACL shortly after booking the home for a ski trip with a bunch of friends. Although I never saw the house, Steph was by far the nicest property owner I've dealt with in my 5 or so years of planning ski trips, and everyone came back raving about the house and the hot tub. THANKS!!!

We had 17 family members in our group from ages 1-76 and it was a great time for all! From the well-stocked kitchen to the peaceful deck with a view we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Having laundry facilities and a pack&play bed there helped us travel light. With easy access to groceries and activities and a quiet, peaceful place to stay, we had the best of both worlds. Just wanted to tell you know much we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. It was perfect for our family reunion. More than once we heard, "How did you find this place? It's great." We had 3 small children with us that were in toy heaven......Which made the rest of the family very happy too. The whole layout worked very well. Dear Dines Family, We cam to this beautiful area to celebrate a very special occasion, the wedding of our son to a very special girl and the birth of our first grandchild. Besides all these happy events, it was our pleasure to entertain our family in this beautiful home nestled in the pines with the view of the magnificent mountains.
