The pair of living rooms, both attached to the gourmet kitchen (with Viking range, stainless steel appliances and granite counters), allow large families or groups to enjoy conversations in one room while the others play games or watch TV. All 18 guests sleep soundly in their own beds, not on sofa sleepers in the living areas. Luxuriate on high thread count sheets, down pillows, and wonderful comforters on the king and queen beds. The granite countered bathrooms add a touch of elegance and come equiped with hairdryers, freeing up even more luggage space!
We have taken great care in keeping this home updated and well maintained. Many of the little creature comforts like good lighting, gas fireplace, hot water that never runs out (on demand hot water system), new furniture, and even games and toys for the kids are all ready and waiting for your visit.
The inspiring views from the main living area, kitchen, deck, hot tub, and several bedrooms are of Byers Peak and extend along the Continental Divide all the way to the ski area. Right outside the doors build snowmen, tunnels and forts. Then warm up in the outdoor hot tub and enjoy the views. Top it all off by winding down in front of the indoor fireplace in the main living area.
Never worry about last minute items, the Safeway Grocery Store is right at the bottom of the hill.

Just wanted to tell you know much we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. It was perfect for our family reunion. More than once we heard, "How did you find this place? It's great." We had 3 small children with us that were in toy heaven......Which made the rest of the family very happy too. The whole layout worked very well. Dear Dines Family, We cam to this beautiful area to celebrate a very special occasion, the wedding of our son to a very special girl and the birth of our first grandchild. Besides all these happy events, it was our pleasure to entertain our family in this beautiful home nestled in the pines with the view of the magnificent mountains. Your home made having 8 of us together so much more fun. How about all that chopped wood! Our guys became competitive in the process of chopping wood. We ate in every meal. We went on trains, horseback riding, a silver mine, Winter Park mountain, and hiking. Today we went to the Fourth of July carnival. Tonight we are going to see the fireworks.
