We were a party of 14, 3 families skiing and boarding during the kids' spring break. House was perfect; clean, plenty of linen,dishes,cookware and seating; washer/dryer, hot tub in excellent condition; lower entrance of house allowed kids to take off their snowy boots and hang up wet clothing; great yard! Excellent for building snow forts and having snowball fights. Small tree fort was on property. Local bus service to Winter Park and Fraser. Owner's were very helpful with specific questions. All 3 families would rent this house again.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed using your home and how well it worked as the central point for coordinating all our wedding activities. We had guests from 8 countries beside the USA and we hosted a couple of lunches. Everything about the house lends itself to a fantastic experience, the view, the amenities, the kitchen and the socializing space. My husband thought it was the best idea I had regarding the wedding. Thank you for making it available you made our event that much more memorable.

We had a large extended family vacation with 4 families and lots of little cousins running around. Everyone had their own "space" and the kitchen was well stocked and roomy enough to handle making large meals for everyone. The area is gorgous and the views are amazing! We had a minor mishap with a broken window and the owners were very gracious and forgiving. :-) Everything went very smoothly and we have great memories from our week!

I was invited to come to this wonderful place with my Mississippi daughter and son-in-law's church group of 18-20 (with 8 children ages 9mos to 13yrs)on a ski trip in March. They traveled 14 hours thru Oklahoma to get me and a couple others and continued the bus trip into the middle of the night (36 hours total) until we arrived weary but excited. This house was so much more than we ever expected. All the amenities surpassed our every need, the hot tub was wonderful and we even awoke one morning to two large moose eating from the tree in front of the downstairs door! Everyone woke to a house full of excitement that morning. Thank you for listing this beautiful home for us to use. We had such a great time there.

We had 4 adult couples, 5 kids and 1 baby. It was a great four plan. Location perfect, grocery store within a minute. Kids loved the hot tub. Adults loved the two living rooms. We'd definately rent it again.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful stay in your home. The kitchen and dining table were excellent for a gathering of multiple families. The TV room has a great sectional sofa and game table; and was a wonderful place for both kids and adults to relax in. It lived up to all of our expectations.

I unfortunately blew out my ACL shortly after booking the home for a ski trip with a bunch of friends. Although I never saw the house, Steph was by far the nicest property owner I've dealt with in my 5 or so years of planning ski trips, and everyone came back raving about the house and the hot tub. THANKS!!!

We had 17 family members in our group from ages 1-76 and it was a great time for all! From the well-stocked kitchen to the peaceful deck with a view we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Having laundry facilities and a pack&play bed there helped us travel light. With easy access to groceries and activities and a quiet, peaceful place to stay, we had the best of both worlds. Your home made having 8 of us together so much more fun. How about all that chopped wood! Our guys became competitive in the process of chopping wood. We ate in every meal. We went on trains, horseback riding, a silver mine, Winter Park mountain, and hiking. Today we went to the Fourth of July carnival. Tonight we are going to see the fireworks. We all feel so blessed to be in this countryside to enjoy the mountains, snow and nature! We all had plenty of sleeping space and living space - with teenagers and little ones. Hi- There were 18 of us ranging in age from 2 65. There were 7 teens or pre teens, right there should tell you alot. We come from Alpharetta, GA and from Illinois: Orlando Park, Tinley Park, and Matteson; all south suburbs of Chicago. While we were here we went rafting - it was fun to splash each other with our oars. Then we had fires and a sing-a-long with smores. We played horseshoes. We biked, did Winter Park Resort Activities, went horseback riding and hot air ballooning. On the very last day we went to the Rocky Mountain National Park and it was spectacular. If we could have changed one thing - we would have spent an entire day at Grand Lake. The house: It was very nice. When we had trouble the Dines' responded quickly. Thank you for a great family time.

Dear Dines', What a wonderful mountain retreat! When we first entered the door, there was a fire glowing and we felt right at home-All 20 of us. Each year our UMYF group goes skiing somewhere. Let me start off by saying that your home is beautiful. It's rustic motif fits its environment and the air that Colorado feeds us. My name is Leslie and I am participating in our families reunion from July 1st thru the 6th. I'm having a great time so far. There are so many activities up here that we "flat landers" don't get to take part in. I must admit that the altitude does take my "Kansan breath" away, but it makes me love it even more.
