3 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bath Townhouse on bike path, next to bus stop in Scenic Frisco, Colorado. Just one hour west of Denver just off I-70 in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Five world class ski and summer resorts within a half hour.

The bike paths connect Vail, Beaver Creek and Copper Mountain with Breckenridge and Keystone. Frisco is the classic mountain town. Small enough but with all the amenities. Town marina is within walking distance for great summer water sports. Town Cross country skiing area is within easy skiing distance in winter.

Both Breckenridge & Silverthorne have recreation centers for those rainy (and too snowy) days.
