You won't be disappointed when you see this home! Located in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Duck, Schooner Ridge, the house is in mint condition, light and bright. A large Great Room will accommodate the whole family with ease. Decks wrap around the house on two levels with beautiful ocean views. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen stocked with everything you need to create delicious meals including a George Foreman grill, bread maker, Pampered Chef brand products, and more.
The top level includes a separate king master suite with jetted tub and its own deck. The second level has another king master suite, queen bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms, one featuring bunk beds and trundle (5 bedrooms total sleeping 12). Ground level has its own tiki bar, mini-fridge, stereo, picnic table, and outdoor shower.
Plenty of parking and no need to drive to anything. Its only a 5 minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of Duck or to the beach and clubhouse. Enjoy three community pools including one indoor, one at the ocean front, and one outdoor, plus a separate outdoor kiddy pool. A life guard station is located at our community beach for your peace of mind. The beach is approxiately 400 yds from the cottage. A parking lot is a available near the beach access for convenient drop off and pick up if needed. Check in early at the club house and start your vacation the minute you arrive. Playground, tennis courts, racquetball, game room, and fitness center, bike trails, all complete the perfect vacation for your family. We are living in Chesapeake, VA. just one hour from the Outer Banks. I have always wanted to own a beach home. My husband was not as sold on the idea as me. Once we found the village of Duck we both fell in love. It's such a charming place with beauty not found in other parts of the Outer Banks. Now he's a believer in the joy a coastal home brings. We only rent 13 weeks a year to keep it in top condition. Once the season is over we start getting ready for the next year. I love decorating and enjoy making it perfect for our guests with lots of personal touches. It's alot of work but when we call each guest to weclome them and they say how beautiful the home is,its all worth while. To this day we have never had a disappointed guest.

We have had many vistors to our cottage during the past 6 years. We are very pleased to report not one unhappy guest. We feel our guests are very important and expect a clean and well decorated home. Since this is our second home and we only rent it during the summer we can afford to be particular about its condition.We realize the best compliment is a repeat guest.
