Tucked between Peaks 8 and 9 of Breckenridge Ski Resort, Grand Timber Lodge is a ski-in/ ski out luxury resort. It features timber-frame construction, well appointed interiors, luxurious amenities, including 2 pools, 5 hot tubs, 2 fitness rooms, full day spa, full restaurant, bar, business center, underground heated parking, 24 hour front desk and full service concierge.
We have beautiful studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums available year round.
All Studios have a regular queen size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. They have a small kitchenette with a small refrigerator, 2 burner stove, dishwasher and microwave.
The One bedroom, 1 bath condominiums sleep up to 6 people comfortably, with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Some upgraded features such as a flat screen tv are available upon request.
The two bedroom, 2 bath condominiums sleep up to 8 people. It is a combination of a 1 bedroom and the studio. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed and sofa sleeper in the second room and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The three bedroom condominiums sleep up to 10 people, with a king in the master, queen in the second, queen and sofa sleeper in the 3rd room and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
In addition, you will find all the comforts of home with the many fine amenities at Grand Timber Lodge.

I have lived in Breckenridge for 11 years and truly love it. I have done lodging/ property management related work since 1998 and I also run a spa and do massage therapy. I really enjoy snowboarding in the winter, skiing with my daughter, and biking in the summers. I have traveled around the world quite a bit and always love coming back to Breckenridge; I think it is one of the nicest places we could possibly live and think it is a fantastic place to come on vacation to.
Why the Owner Chose Grand Timber Lodge
I decided to buy at Grand Timber Lodge so that I could spend quality time with my daughter in the pools because she loves to swim and to also use it for family who comes out to visit. It has not only been great for those reasons; it has also been nice being able to share such a great place with many other families all over the world.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
It is true ski in and ski out. It has the most and best amenities of all the resorts in Breckenridge; pools, hot tubs, work out rooms, spa, salon, restaurant, bar, underground heated parking, game room, pool table, business center, complimentary shuttle, 24 hour front desk. It is in a great location; just a 10 minute walk to town and also near great hikes in the summer. The ski in and ski out access in the winter is very easy and convenient as well.
