This Beach front home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped for your comfort. The stainless steel, cherry and granite kitchen affords wonderful Gulf of Mexico views. You can sit in the living room and watch the water and the sunsets and do the same from either of the two first floor bedrooms.
There is a loft bedroom with it's own deck and lavatory looking out on the Gulf.

Renter responsible for all taxes.
All reservations require a $2500 security deposit and 50% of the rent.
Balance of rent is due 15 days before the beginning of the rental period.
Security deposits will be refunded less any damages 20 days after rental period.
Rental deposits cancelled only upon 60 day prior notification.
