Spacious ground floor, corner unit is located directly on the beach. Fantastic on the inside--fantastic on the outside. Many have recognized it as the nicest unit in the entire Shoalwater complex.
Master bedroom has large California king sized bed. Second bedroom has queen sized bed. Third bedroom has two double sized beds. All three bedrooms have their own TV's.
There is an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna in addition to the outdoor pool that overlooks the ocean.
We provide the key for the closet on the back patio. This closet contains chairs and umbrellas for the beach, boogie boards, lots of kids toys and sand castle building supplies, inflatable rafts, etc. We just ask that you take care of everything and clean it off and put it back when you are finished! Thank you :)

We just spent a long weekend in this wonderful condo. We had 5 adults and 2 children and plenty of room. The bottom floor corner unit right by the pool was the best, especially with the children who wanted to be in the pool the whole time. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I spent a fantastic week here with our family. Our 2 year old grandson loved getting up in the morning and playing on the patio and everyone enjoyed the pool being steps from the patio! Just a few more steps from the pool to the beach helped to make it a perfect week. The condo was super comfortable with plenty of room for everybody to have their "space". We LOVE this unit and plan to stay here every summer with our family.
