  This is our third year in Orange Beach and our first year at this condo. This unit is more comfortable than any previous condo that we have rented in the area. Many condos tend to furnish cheaply and are not comfortable – this one goes that extra mile. We had relatives visit from British Columbia and Montreal and there was more than ample room for everyone to be comfortable in this 3 bedroom unit. The price charged is fair in comparison and the owners are extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. We are here from mid January to the end of February. This condo has new carpeting in all the bedrooms and is cheerfully painted and a well stocked kitchen. We were amazed at how sound proof this condo is especially in comparison to others. The view is nothing short of amazing. This ground floor unit has easy access to the beach and the outdoor pool. Being in the cooler months we made use of the indoor heated pool and the hot tub. We see the pool attendant daily cleaning the pool and taking PH readings so we know the pools and hot tub are clean and regularly maintained. This unit is close to grocery stores and beach stores. Our time was spent golfing at the challenging and interesting golf courses all within 1 hour. We also bring our bicycles and bike the great trails through the state park. There are good restaurants in the area as well. For us coming from Canada, it is totally worth the 25 hour drive and we have just entered the address into our GPS as a favourite and named it Paradise!

  Unbelievably amazing! First, the location is unbeatable. This beautiful beach home is directly on the ocean. You walk out the back door and you're instantly at a wonderful outdoor pool... just a few steps further and your toes are in the sand. The condo unit is built in a way that this particular corner unit is completely blocked from the units to the right, so you have privacy from all of them. And there is a privacy fence to the left in between the next building, so you're completely tucked away and it's as if you're in your own private home rather than staying in a condo unit next to many other people. Phenomenal! The decor is fantastic. Beach homes and condos are typically filled with cheap and tacky furniture and decor; probably because it's costly to continually be replacing things every season for the owners. This one, on the other hand, looks like it was furnished and decorated by someone who was planning on using it as their own beach home instead of a rental. The water in the ocean is a beautiful, clear emerald green--not the brown murky water I remember seeing in the gulf of Mexico when I visited the Louisiana coast when I was younger. There are lots of great stores and restaurants within walking distance. Tons more entertainment a very short drive away. Also nice bonus: We LOVED being able to get the key for the outside closet and having access to chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and all sorts of other great stuff for the beach that we didn't have to buy or rent! So the question is: What wasn't perfect? The carpet wasn't pristine. But how could carpet in a beach house that's directly on the ocean be kept pristine unless nobody ever walked on it? It looks exactly how I would expect beach house carpet to look. No big deal. Honestly, it made me not feel guilty about walking on it like I would have if it had been perfect. Either that or I would have been constantly worrying about it all week, trying to keep it perfect. I'm super happy that I didn't have to waste time and stress during on my vacation with something like that on my mind. We did notice that if you tried to run all three showers at the same time that the water pressure didn't stay at full power. So we just didn't run three showers at the same time anymore. Problem solved. That about sums it up! Super happy with our stay and everything about it -- we'll be coming back every year for years to come!

  Our family just booked our 3rd year in this condo. We have found it to be perfect for our family (Mom, Dad, 15 year old, Grandma & Grandpa). The convenience of the pool right outside the door and the beach just a few steps beyond is beyond compare! We love playing games on the large patio while enjoying the gorgeous ocean view. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms also work perfectly for our family. The owners have been great to work with and everything has been great. We hope to rent this condo for our fall vacation for many years to come!

  Renters BEWARE! We rented this unit going on the pictures showed above. This is NOT what we got. Where oh where do I start??? The kitchen-walked in to find hanging electrical wires under the cabinets where they had been spliced together, another section of hanging electrical wires, broken coffee pot lid, broken blender that you had to be held on to in order to use, broken trash can that had to be raise with your hands (unsanitary) broken wheels in the dishwasher, dining table that had napkins under it to keep it from rocking and filthy floors. In the living room-side patio door handle was broken off and laying in the tracks that was full of mold, mildew, cobwebs and water. The couch was broken down and FILTHY, cobwebs hanging from ceilings, a very small tv with a broken remote, nasty floors and back patio door handle was loose which ended up breaking 2 days before we left. Master bathroom-extra pillows and blankets thrown in the closet, dirty bathroom floors and a tub that 20 minutes after taking a shower was still standing in water. Middle bedroom/bath...dirty bathroom floors, broken mirrowed closet door, extra pillows and blankets thrown in the top and on the floors, a 13" tv and exposed carpet tacks. Laundry room...vacuum cleaner front laying on floor and full of filth, duster and broom just thrown in there which probably caused the front to fall off. Back bedroom/bath-again dirty floors, dirty carpet, hot and junk in the closet. We were told as you can see in the description above that you get a key for the outside closet...we never received that key and was never contacted about it after emailing the owner. We ended up going and buying our own chairs which could have been brought from home if we had of known the key wasn't going to be given to us. The water pressure in this unit was horrible. One person at a time had to take a shower. Could not use the dishwaher, the washing machine or flush a toilet properly when someone was in the shower. The patio area itself was a good size and we enjoyed it during the day but at night RATS was running around so had to keep our feet propped up. The table was an unstable lightweight plastic that needs to be updated. I emailed the owner while there with our disgust and basically all he said was sorry. Photographs were taken off all the above items and was mailed to him on 8/26/12. The unit itself is in a great location to the pool and beach and loading and unloading cars. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

  We just spent a long weekend in this wonderful condo. We had 5 adults and 2 children and plenty of room. The bottom floor corner unit right by the pool was the best, especially with the children who wanted to be in the pool the whole time. We will definitely stay here again!

  My husband and I spent a fantastic week here with our family. Our 2 year old grandson loved getting up in the morning and playing on the patio and everyone enjoyed the pool being steps from the patio! Just a few more steps from the pool to the beach helped to make it a perfect week. The condo was super comfortable with plenty of room for everybody to have their "space". We LOVE this unit and plan to stay here every summer with our family.
