Your townhouse rental includes membership privileges for the Club's golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, and dining rooms. Golf and tennis fees are reasonable and private lessons are available. Birchwood's 27 golf holes are some of the prettiest in the country and the practice facilities are terrific. There are also 10 tennis courts, six of them with clay surfaces.
We have recently purchased and freshened up this townhouse with new paint, carpet and furniture. The first floor offers an open living area with a 42" plasma TV with HD cable and an updated kitchen. On the second level are two bedrooms with private baths and a loft-like seating area.
If you enjoy outdoor dining, our deck faces the golf course and is a great place to enjoy a meal any time of the day. A one car garage with remote control and a laundry room add extra convenience to your stay. We provide an internet connection and cable channels for you at no extra charge. This upscale unit is the perfect base for you to enjoy Birchwood and the surrounding area in comfort and luxury.
The beautiful newly renovated Clubhouse includes both formal and casual dining rooms, plus an outdoor full service snack bar that serves golfers, tennis players, and those relaxing by the pool. The clubhouse also has a fitness room with the newest equipment. You will feel right at home in the friendly environment that is Birchwood.
