Clean and tidy. Located near Tahquamenon Falls, Pictured Rocks, Lake Michigan, Lake Superior, Owsalds Bear Park and much more. Spectacular Fall color! Sitting between two great fishing and boating lakes there will always be an abundance of outdoor fun. A hunters dream for state land hunting. Your location is just perfect for hunting and walking distance to the local pubs. Great burger and beers! Small town charm is abundant in our little village, so take the time to make new friends. Best seat in town for the 4th of July parade and fireworks. What a view of the Winter Fest fireworks that we have watched from the sofa. A hammock between two of the largest maple trees in town give you a wonderful lake view while caressing your body with a soft breeze, on a warm day. Snowmobile from your yard to the trails or to your ice fishing shanty. Cross country ski from your back door. Great Ice cream shop just across the street, from Memorial Day through Labor Day (tell Pat that Linda said hi). *** Fire pit in yard for your use but please bring in your own wood, owners wood is not for renters use.*** ******* NOTE WEEKLY OR MONTHLY RENTAL ONLY******* *******$100.00 for each additional night, added to you stay****** ########## CHECK IN TIME IS 3 PM AND CHECK OUT IS 11 AM ########### Three hundred dollar deposit to hold your dates, that converts to a security deposit when you arrive. Rent for full stay is due two weeks in advance, of your arrival. All security deposits shall be refunded within seven days of departure if no lost rent or damages have occurred. A small dog is welcome with owners approval and a 100.00 pet deposit is due at time of rental. Thirty Dollars of your pet deposit will be used for extra cleaning and Seventy Dollars will be returned if no damage is reported by cleaning staff. Pets may not be left alone in the cottage. (Anxiety damage is not pretty) Your pet must be pre-approved. Renters must keep their dog feces picked up. This cottage has never been smoked in and if it gets smoked in, your deposit will be forfeited and professional crews will take your deposit to make it new again so please don’t think that one cigarette, pipe or cigar won't be noticed because it will. Owner is highly allergic. Owner may be using the trailer that is located on the property during the year.
