  We stayed in the upstairs of this building and it was the highlight of a 3 week trip to Italy. The town is a piece of heaven and the apartment fully equipped, comfortable, and brand new. It is light and airy and relaxing almost to a fault. The chairs and umbrellas on the beach were only a 2 minute walk and provided for a great seaside day. The local shops are literally across the street with great produce and baked goods. We were so pleased that we were not in the tourist centers of Cinque Terre but they are just a short train trip away. We didn't want to leave and can't keep but talking about going back. The staff was helpful and welcoming and all was just as promised. Give yourself a treat--stay in this lovely accommodation for a trip to paradise.

  We spent three weeks in the Apt Mimosa April 2012. The apartment was very modern with new appliances, TV and computer. The front desk help Cinzia and Valentina were very helpful with planning our day trips and they both spoke very good English. The apartment is in a perfect place to visit Cinque Terre, Portofino area. The train is a five minute walk and the beach is about a minute away. There were many small grocery stores and restraunts right next to the room. Thank you for an excellent vacation.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Due to a mixup, we were moved from the Bougainville apartment we had reserved down one floor to Mimosa apartment. It was a happy accident, as we loved it - one less floor of stairs to climb! This was the most modern, up-to-date place we stayed during our month in Italy. We would return to this apartment. Loved the small markets close by, the friendly merchants and being only steps from the Mediterranean. Cinque Terre was easily accessible by one of the several trains that pass through Deiva Marina every hour.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
