Waterside Marina is a full service marina to meet your boating needs and also includes a restaurant.
Waterside is a gated community located 7 miles from I-75 at Exit 122 off State Route 61E (which is a straight road great for pulling boats). This condo is about 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville, with abundant shopping and restaurants. Other attractions in East TN are The Great Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood which are less than 1 hour away.

My wife and I bought this condo last year as we love Norris Lake. We've traveled a lot and we know what it means to have nice amenities and a clean place to stay! We want our guests to feel welcome and to enjoy the lake, condo and Waterside Marina as much as we do. We do our best to respond as quickly as possible to all requests. We stay here as well with our children who also love being on the lake.
