This waterfront home on quiet Neil Bay is located five minutes to Roche Harbor Resort and a short 20 minute drive to the quaint town of Friday Harbor. This home has a huge media/game room with a gas fireplace, a six person hot tub, two master suites and a large deck. The master suite is located on the main floor at the opposite end from the two bedrooms, one with two twin beds, a full bathroom between the third bedroom with a queen bed, a balcony and water views. The mini-master suite with a queen bed and private bath is on the lower level.
To enjoy the 185' of shoreline, there are steps down to the gravelly beach for launching your kayak or to access your dinghy. Anchor your sailboat or power boat in protected Neil Bay.
The views are of Neil Bay, San Juan channel, Spieden Island and are breath taking. Watch the eagles soaring, deer, sea otters and more. Take a sunset stroll to historical Roche Harbor Resort or choose from many hiking trails near by. There are many things to see and do, however, this home is so relaxing you may not want to leave! This was a good investment because waterfront is highly desirable and being investors understood the potential with this home. It was fun to remodel and furnish it with creature comforts that you would have in your own home.

The home has 185 feet of waterfront in a quite bay looking across San Juan Channel to Speiden Island. The bay its self offers fishing, crabbing and abundance of wildlife of eagles, ospry, humming birds, sea otters, seals and more. The location is about a mile away from historical Roche Harbor Resort that offers two restaurants, a large marina, sailing charters, kayak rentals and a grocery store. The quaint town of Friday Harbor is a short 20 minute drive away.
