This waterfront home on quiet Neil Bay is located five minutes to Roche Harbor and a short 20 minute drive to the quaint town of Friday Harbor. This home has a huge media/game room with a propane fireplace, a six person hot tub, two master suites and a large deck. There are steps to the gravel beach for easy access.

The views are of Neil Bay, San Juan channel, Spieden Island and are unobstructed. Watch the eagles soaring, deer, sea otters and more. Take a sunset stroll to historical Roche Harbor Resort. There are many things to see and do, however, this home is so relaxing you may not want to leave! Ahhhhh!
