The Gourmet Kitchen has all top-grade furnishings and appliances (black Granite Countertops, 48" wide SubZero, Dacor oven, Bosch, KitchenAid, etc.), and comes fully equipped with bakeware, cookware, utensils, etc. The 3 Bedrooms have ceiling fans and TV and 2 bedrms have High speed Internet connections. There is also WiFi throughout. A separate Laundry Rooom off the kitchen has Maytag front-loading washer and dryer. OUTDOORS: A custom-built 8-feet high fence completely encloses the large back yard, providing WONDERFUL PRIVACY for fun and relaxation whether you're swimming in the pool or just relaxing on the patio.
