The FAMILY ROOM is the center of the house and is perfect for casual dining, piano-playing, and TV-watching on the 40" Sony Bravia HDTV (equipped with digital cable, DVR, premium channel pkgs. and plenty of seating to watch it).
The DINING ROOM, which looks out onto the back garden, spacious patio and pool, can seat up to 12, with additional seating for 4 at the Granite Bar/Counter which opens into the kitchen.
The LARGE GOURMET KITCHEN has all top-grade furnishings and appliances (black Granite Countertops, 48" wide SubZero, Dacor Oven, Bosch, KitchenAid, etc.), and comes fully equipped with bakeware, cookware, utensils, etc.
The 3 BEDROOMS have ceiling fans and TV, while 2 bedrms have High speed Internet connections. There is also WiFi throughout.
A separate LAUNDRY ROOM off the kitchen has Maytag front-loading washer and dryer.
OUTDOORS: A custom 8-feet high fence completely encloses the large back yard, providing WONDERFUL PRIVACY for fun and relaxation whether you're swimming in the pool or just relaxing on the patio. The SPACIOUS BACK PATIO can be completely enclosed with the gates and is accessed from both the dining room and the kitchen. We also provide am equipped picnic "basket" for the famous Sunday Concerts in the Park, an 8-block walk.
