Upon request and availability, host will provide grocery shopping and catering for an additional fee for parties up to 10.
With two Master bedrooms on the upper level and two bedrooms and an additional family room 2 floors below, this home is ideal for a 1 family or 2 family shared vacation experience.
Conveniently located in Edwards, 12.5 miles west of Vail, the Arrowhead neighborhood is part of the prestigious Beaver Creek/Arrowhead Ski resort. This home resides within a gated community appealing to those with a desire for luxury, privacy and relaxation as well as an appreciation for the natural beauty and recreational activities that only the Colorado outdoors can offer! Guests of this property can walk to resort amenities: a shared hot tub that is less than 25 yards away, a restaurant and bar and a free door to ski lift resort shuttle service as well as year round village pool and hot tub privileges! This Arrowhead town home is an exceptional value based on it's exquisite mountain decor and close proximity to the lift (it's a shorter distance from the front door to the lift than the distance from the Arrowhead parking lot to the lift!), high-end finishes and interior decorating by one of the areas finest builders and designers. PAYMENT:
Owner accepts payments by MC, VISA, Discovery and American Express which are all handled through Owner Paypal account. Owner also accepts Money Order, Cashiers Cheque, Personal Check, or Cash.
A $500 deposit plus 1/2 of rental rate is due upon booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to reservation date.
OTHER FEES:
6 hours of cleaning are included for a 3 day minimum stay. Cleaning beyond that is contracted out at $25.00/hour. Damage fee is charged by incident. Late departures will be charged for an extra night. Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m.
A $25 per adult per night surcharge for adult parties greater than 4. I.e. no surcharge for the first 4 adults but the 5th, 6th, 7th, etc... will be charged a $25 surcharge per night.
OTHER POLICIES:
3 NIGHT MINIMUM DURING SKI SEASON. NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED. NO SMOKING.

This was a great house for 2 families with kids! The top floor had all the adult bedrooms and the basement was great for the kids with their own TV and game cube. The kitchen was well stocked with most any appliance or gadget you would need. The boot and glove dryer was great too. this was our second year in a row to stay in the Arrowhead community and we would defnitely stay here again if we come back to Beaver Creek .Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

What a gorgeous home! From the beautiful kitchen, top appliances, luxurious bathrooms, and comfy leather sofas, this is wonderful place to vacation. Many thanks to the gracious, helpful owner for helping us make special life-long family memories. You will not want to leave!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

If you enjoy easy access to Beaver Creek, a quiet and convenient location and every creature comfort you could wish for - at a reasonable price - this is the place. We returned here from the UK for a second stay. Arrowhead lift base is 3 minutes away on foot. Vail is easy to reach by car, and Eagle airport is just down the Interstate. And then there is the snow. But if you have been to Vail / Beaver Creek before, you will know that. It is worth sitting on a plane for 16 hours to get there. Highly recommended.Did you find this review helpful? We stayed here in Jan 2010 - had a great time - easy to get in and out of - the kids had a great time sledding out the back down the path. We skied in/out one day but our kids were in the school over @ BC so we had to drive them to get there on time... Would stay here again for sure!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
