$500 reservation/damage deposit required to reserve.  $150 Cleaning Fee.
Deposit refunded within 14 days of departure if there is no loss or damage.
Rates vary and minimum stays are required during SXSW and ACL Music Festivals.
Well-behaved children age 14 and over are welcomed.  Sorry, no pets allowed.
NON-SMOKING HOME. Smoking okay outside only. Violations cause deposit forfeiture.
Cancellation Policy: At least 30 days notice- 100% refund less deposit, less than
30 days notice- forfeit deposit and 50% of stay, less than 14 days- no refund
