Come and enjoy a relaxing and pristine stretch of beach. Our condo, 'Casa de Playa @ 612 Gulf Blvd.' is modern (built 2002), spacious and clean. It has over 2100 square feet of living space, in a building with only 14 units. The master bedroom has a queen bed and large master bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There's also a sleeper-sofa in the living room. There's a large balcony and a separate laundry/pantry room with washer and dryer. The condo building is right on the beach. Our unit does not directly face the Gulf. Our view is nice -- a canal and residential area across the street. There is a partial view of the Gulf from side living room and bedroom windows. Restaurants, shops, parks and more are within walking distance.
Other nearby beach amenities (only minutes away) include Johns Pass Village with unique shops, dining, parasail and wave runner rentals, deep sea fishing, pirate ship cruise, Dolphin spotting cruise. There is a unique Trolley that will take you anywhere between all the beaches that line Gulf Blvd. There are also many fine restaurants and bars with live music and karaoke along the beach.
Tampa is only 35 miles away with such amenities as: Busch Gardens Theme Park, Adventure Island Water Park, Lowry Park Zoological Park, Museum of Science and Industry, Florida Aquarium, Tampa Performing Arts Center, Ford Ampitheater, Channelside & Ybor City - known for their unique shops and restaurants, IMAX Theatres, dance clubs, and piano bars.
Disney World and Universal Studios Theme Parks are only two hours away on Interstate 4.

Our children and parents enjoy spending time together. We wanted to be on the beach, and have a clean, comfortable place to spend time together.

We love the size of our place. The rooms are large and relaxing. The pool is close to the beach, which is never crowded. This section of Indian Rocks Beach is a close walk to things we like, and not touristy.
