Just a short walk from the first tee at Coyote Lakes Golf Club and from our Recreation Center with large swimming pool & tennis courts and much more!
Spring Training Fans!! Several miles east is the Mariners and Padres Peoria Sports Complex and just a few miles west is the new Surprise Stadium built for the Rangers and Royals. Five miles east is one of the largest malls in Arizona, Arrowhead Mall, where there are both AMC and Harkins movie theatres and a wide range of dining establishments. The new Glendale arena is just a short 15 minute drive, don't forget the 2008 Super Bowl will be held in Glendale!!! For additional activities, cultural events and casinos, Scottsdale, and downtown Phoenix are only a 30 minute drive. Spring training camp stadiums for the Kansas City Royals, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners, and the San Diego Padres. You can walk to the Coyote Lakes Golf Course or within a short drive there are many wonderful and reasonably priced golf courses to choose from. You have unlimited access to our Recreational club which includes a large outdoor pool, lit tennis courts and club house. Coyote Lakes Golf Course has a restaurant and lounge. There are many fine Restaurants, lots of shopping and grocery stores are nearby.
Coyote Lakes Hacienda has all you need to make your stay a vacation to remember. A great room for entertaining with romantic gas fireplace, plus large living room and separate dining room. Huge master with king bed and second bedroom with twins or put them together to make a king and two full bathrooms, master bath has walk in shower, second bath has bathtub. Large High Def TV in Master and built in entertainment unit with flat screen TV & Stereo in great room. The radio/intercom is wired throughout house and in the back garden. Very private walled back yard with beautiful covered patio area, with a variety of palms, flowering shrubs, cooking herbs and citrus trees including lemon, orange, grapefruit and nectarine trees. Why the Owner Chose Surprise
We travelled all over Arizona and just love the North West Valley area of Phoenix (Surprise) where we ended up buying. The air here is cleaner than Phoenix or Scottsdale, there is lots of great golf courses including Coyote Lakes Golf Club where we bought. The White Tank mountains are close for great hiking and horseback riding. Many wonderful restaurants close by and tons of shopping opportunities. Baseball spring training at Peoria and Surprise are very close and it's only a 15 minute drive to Glendale where the 2009 Super Bowl was held and many great concerts are also held. Surprise is a fairly new area so everything is clean and new....our neighbours are great and there is a terrific Recreational Club with a large pool, tennis courts, and so much more. We love our home in Coyote Lakes!!!
