This is my personal Gulf Tower beach condo. This unit is a WIDE CONDO WITH A BEACH FRONT MASTER BEDROOM OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN! It is PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED, LARGE, UPSCALE, AND A QUALITY CONDO. As you can see, it is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. It has UNRESTRICTED VIEWS OF THE BEACH AND THE OCEAN. THERE ARE SPECTACULAR WATER VIEWS THROUGHOUT. THIS IS A LARGE 1,000 SQ. foot unit with full amenities, FULL SIZED KITCHEN and very well supplied.

THIS IS A VERY NICELY FULLY UPDATED, professionally decorated, two bedroom, two bath, traditional tenth floor condo, with brand New Sealy Posturpedic King Pillow top bed in the OCEAN FRONT master bedroom. SLEEP IN LUXURY WHILE AT THE BEACH! YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PAMPER YOUR FAMILY, AND YOURSELF IN THIS QUIET AND PRIVATE PARADISE! FROM THE TENTH FLOOR YOU WILL SEE THE BEACH AND HEAR THE OCEAN WAVES!
The second bedroom contains an elegantly comfortable, NEW QUEEN Serta perfect sleeper bedding set, as well as bunk beds, and a view of the lagoon.
THE OCEANFRONT DEN has a sleeper sofa. It is well equipped and has an ocean view to die for. LOOK AT THE PICTURES! SEE THE QUALITY!
In the OCEANFRONT SUN ROOM there is a day bed that is also a full twin bed. This is a perfect location to read a book while opening the sliding glass doors and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the gulf breeze. The unit also has new linens and towels.
The KITCHEN is full sized and fully equipped, well appointed, and has a great view of the ocean. It is designed with all of the amenities found in the home to prepare full gourmet meals. There is a LAUNDRY ROOM located just off of the kitchen with a private washer and dryer.
If you need to stay in touch, or work, this unit provides cordless phones and WIRELESS DSL internet service. There is good cellular reception in the condo as well as on the beach.
The POOL AREA is rubber coated so that it will not burn your feet. Pool side beach chairs are provided for your comfort. There is a library, TV, and exercise room located on the first floor. It also can be rented for meetings or private occasions. There are beach side showers for your comfort.
No pets are allowed in the building or on the beaches. Boarding is available locally. No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the sun porch. Rented only to adults or families that will peacefully care for and enjoy my lovingly cared for condo home. This is a wonderful place for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Unlike most condo's this one has a full wall between units for total privacy. There are additional balconies, on the front of the building, overlooking the lagoon.

- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed: Boarding available locally. Condo association does not allow guest pets on premises. Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach.

- Kid Friendly: Great pool, and there are only 44 units, so it is easy to entertain your children. The unlimited Sugar Sands beach front is a child's paradise for everlasting memories. It is a very nice swimming pool with lounge chairs. There are lots of activities for kids to do in Gulf Shores and surrounding area.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Rented only to responsible adults that will properly care for my beach home.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Not suitable for smokers in the building. Smoking in the unit will cause forfeit of deposit and additional cleaning fees.

Best of all, I love that I can lie in bed and watch the ocean sunrise and sunsets. It is so well designed and fully equipped. Five beds and a pull out sofa, WOW. Have a bed to yourself at the beach!
GULF TOWER DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! VIEW THE BEACH AND OCEAN RIGHT OUTSIDE OF THE CONDO WINDOWS! THE BEST VIEW ON THE BEACH!
Condo and pool are directly on the Gulf beach. There is an unobstructed view form both.
Turn right, at the last light then go 1.4 miles. Gulf Tower is on the left directly on the beach.

I have wanted a beach front condo since I was a little kid. Gosh, I love the beach! I hope that you do too! A slice of paradise! I BOUGHT THIS CONDO BECAUSE IT IS ROOMY AND I CAN LIE IN BED AND WATCH THE OCEAN!. I did not want a condo where I had a side view. I wanted to see the beach and ocean with having to go outside or on the balcony. I can cook, eat and sleep with a full view of the ocean!
