The Villa at Clifton's Estate offers a 3 bed room 2 bath accommodation on 2 fenced and well landscaped private acres with view to Nevis mountain, the neighboring island of St Kitts, the Caribbean sea, and the breathtaking sunsets. Also included is access to the estate private beach that has a gazebo and parking.
The property is located on the leeward side of the island so you will witness our very romantic sunsets.
We are a short drive to the island's airport, restaurants, hotels, and the main island town, Charlestown.
Come stay with us in Nevis, an unspoiled paradise. Nevis is a captivating island located in the West Indies. It is one of the most quiet and secluded of the islands.
If you're tired of your fast paced everyday lifestyle, Nevis is the perfect place for you. Start off your morning gently being awakened by the melodious song of the birds. Take a walk on the private beach and listen to the rhythm of the waves and perhaps catch a glimpse of a few monkeys. Yes, Nevis has monkeys.
For the afternoon you can take a short ride into town (a quaint market place), here you can meet the friendly people of Nevis and do a little shopping or maybe grab some lunch. For the evening, Nevis has quite a show for you. The sun sets are magnificent.
An evening walk on the beach is a must. Once the sun is gone, there is nothing more glorious than the night sky of Nevis, the stars shine so bright that you'll be amazed. Dinner on the deck would go very nicely with the twinkling sky, and on most nights shooting stars can be seen more than once.
For variety, you can visit the sister island of St Kitts (it's only 2 miles away) Take your car on the "sea bridge". It's a 5 minute drive from the property and the ride over to St Kitts is a short 20 minutes. St. Kitts is a very upbeat island. An ideal day on St. Kitts could be spent shopping, eating, taking tours, playing golf, going to the casinos......
What I've mentioned is, of course, only the short list.

Wonderful Villa!

We stayed at this Villa in late May 2011 for 10 days. The Villa is clean, well-kept, and spacious. It truly is cooled by the sea breezes, and we did not miss air conditioning at all! In fact, we were a little chilly a couple of nights, and put a light blanket on the bed! The villa grounds are lovely, very quiet and private. Nevis is a small island, and it was very easy to get around...short drive into town. The kitchen is well equipped and efficient. There is a grill in the garage, which we used quite a bit. The screened porch is delightful....we practically lived on the porch, only moving inside to cook, sleep and watch a bit of TV. The internet was great, and easily accessible. The bedrooms are comfortable. Master bedroom bath is a tub/shower combo, the second bath is a large shower with a built in bench. The washing machine is new and efficient....no dryer, but the clothesline was convenient and the fresh air dried our clothes very quickly! The owner, who was on island when we were, is very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful visit, and would certainly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to live "island style". We will certainly stay here again! And we did see the monkeys!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.
