This lovely home with all it's amenities is located on the Western side of the Island of Alameda, virtually 20 minutes by car or 30 minutes via Ferry across the Bay from San Francisco. This incredible home offers a true Home-Away-From Home atmosphere with many creature comforts for you and your guests to enjoy...especially the spectacular sunsets, cool breezes and breath-taking views of San Francisco and the Bay.
The quaint Island of Alameda features it's own Park & Beach where a variety of water sports can be enjoyed, including paddle- boarding, wind-surfing & kite-boarding. Additionally, the Island offers unique shopping, many fine restaurants, biking and walking paths that feature terrific views of San Francisco.
There are many popular attractions nearby to see and visit, and all within a short driving distance. Napa Valley's wine country with wine tasting tours, unique shopping and hot-air balloon rides...just an hour away. Of course the tourist attractions in San Francisco are endless and only a short drive or Ferry ride across the Bay!
The weather in Alameda is perfect, with it's own micro-climate, you'll find it's slightly warmer than San Francisco yet still cool enough to enjoy the temperate climate of this quaint little Island!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$2,800/Week, plus local tax @ 10%.
(7) SEVEN DAY (1) WEEK MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED.
MONTHLY RENTAL RATE IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
A $150 cleaning fee is required and will be charged on all rentals.
Weekly maid service can be arranged/charged for with longer term rental
The $1,500 security deposit is reserved on Visa or MasterCard.

My husband and I are avid sailors and love living on the water in the San Fransico Bay Area. We enjoy sharing our little piece of Heaven with others and have made every effort to make your home away from home a truly enjoyable experience. This Townhome location offers sailing in the San Fran Bay, various water sports, easy visits to the Wine Country in Sonoma or Napa Valley, tons of fun at San Francisco Warf, great beaches, cultural experiences such as San Fran Theater, San Francisco Symphony, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, incredible shopping and dining, a visit to Berkeley, and don't forget the Bay Area is home to the Oakland A's, the Raiders and the San Francisco Giants.
