You will want to visit Montana De Oro, just down the street with it's miles of scenic coastal trails, tide pools and beaches. You can choose horseback rides on the beach, golfing, hiking, kayaking, deep sea fishing, or enjoy wineries, festivals, farmers markets or take in the arts at galleries and special events. When there is not enough time to cook, you will find dozens of fine and unique restaurants in the area. All of these things are close and convenient and we provide maps to make things easy to find.
This spacious home includes 2 kings, 3 queens, 3 twin trundles(6 twins)and a queen sleeper sofa in the recreation room. The large generously equipped kitchen with center island, jenn aire stove and double oven provides plenty of room for the whole family to share in preparing meals. You will enjoy ocean views while cooking or sitting at the large kitchen table seating 8. The kitchen is open to the den, as well as close proximity to the large stainless steel barbeque on the back patio just steps out the kitchen door. One of the finest coastal views can be found in the private backyard, where the patio is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a drink and take in the beautiful views of Morro Bay and the ocean. The comfortable patio set has enough seating for eight.
There is a beautiful separate living room, a family room with TV, surround sound and wireless high speed internet. A spacious ocean view recreation room is equipped with a game table, pool table, PIANO, stereo and wet bar. Games and books for children and adults included.
The three upstairs bedrooms include the enormous spectacular view master suite with a king bed and one of the 3 gas fireplaces. There are two walk in closets, a master bath with a large Jacuzzi tub and shower. While looking out the huge bay window you can watch deer in the back yard, while taking in the beautiful ocean view from inside or on the balcony of this fantastic room.
Upstairs bedroom 2 has a luxury queen bed and a twin trundle (2 twins) bed along with a TV. A large patio slider takes you out on the deck where you will smell the Eucalyptus trees while enjoying the spectacular ocean views.
Upstairs bedroom 3 is very spacious and has another queen pillow top luxury bed with a twin trundle bed.
This house comes with 2 cribs, 2 pack and plays, a bassinet, high chairs and a stroller.
The main level bedroom 1 has a comfortable KING extra thick pillow top bed and has easy access just inside the entrance to the house and adjacent to the full bath, formal living and dining rooms. There are no stairs required to enter the house or the main level bedrooms.
The main level bedroom 2 is very spacious with a QUEEN pillow top bed and a trundle bed and a TV.
There is a separate laundry area with washer and dryer for your use.
We supply each full bath with 8 fluffy white towels, 8 hand towels, 8 wash cloths and bar soap.

What an exciting and amazing reunion. The house we chose was just fantastic. Had all the comforts and luxuries we could every imagine. The most amazing part of the house was the view from the back yard. We could sit for hours just enjoying the scenery. This is one of the most memorable weekends we have had, and I have to say, should we decide to have another gathering, this would be the place for it. Thanks Denise for offering us the memory of a lifetime.

This home is as advertised. We had group of 5 college buddies and our wives (ages 55+) gather here for a week. Denise was very accommodating and had an abundance of brochures and other information about the area in the house for our reference. The house was spacious and well stocked. The game room, yard, views and wildlife were a bonus. It was perfectly suited for our needs and would recommend this place to anyone with a large group. If we go back to the California central coast, it WILL be here.

Our extended family of (17 of us ages 73 to 6) had a wonderful week at this property. Easy and close access to Montaña de Oro State Park, Morro Bay, SLO made it a delight. The tide pools in Hazard Canyon and the Elephant Seals just north of San Simeon were a special treat for the whole family. A plus was the game room with pool table -- it kept kids and adults amused for hours. We are looking forward to a future stay.

We had a terrific time at your beautiful home, celebrating our daughter's December graduation. Your home met our every need, and what a beautiful view of Morro Bay and nearby area! We were also pleasantly surprised to see what beautiful Christmas decorations were in place, upon our arrival, including a Christmas tree! The huge kitchen are was our favorite gathering spot to gather with the family, munching on snacks and enjoying our family. We enjoyed the nearby beach at the State Park, and had lots of laughs on the backyard lawn playing some soccer with the kids. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

My husband and I were fortunate to find this lovely hidden treasure tucked into a great little neighborhood on a cliff over looking the ocean! We held our small intimate wedding ceremony there and were able to have all our immediate family stay in the house. It was amazing and perfect!

This home is nicely decorated, clean and very functional. It can accommodate lots of people while never feeling crowded. The kids enjoyed playing pool and with puzzles in the game room.

This is a beautiful home. Everything was in order when we arrived. It is large and enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the fact that the kitchen and family room area was able to be shut off from the rest of the house. We have several grandchildren who get up very early and several who sleep in late. By strategic placements of the families the late sleepers were not bothered by the early risers. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the back yard and the "climbing" tree down the hill. The pool table in the play room was a special favorite of all. All the beds are great and we slept well. Denise was very helpful and made sure our stay was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will come again in the future. We are confident that others will also.

The house is truly beautiful and the view breathtaking! It's everything that the owner said it is, and more! We enjoyed many meals in the spacious kitchen. The pool table in the family room was a hit. Lots of space for the 14 of us! We were able to visit wineries, Hearst castle and played tennis while we were there. We will definitely come back to this lovely home with our family. Thank you Denise for being a perfect and gracious hostess!

This was a wonderful home to stay in. The kitchen is fully stocked; great bar-b-que grill & the views and yard are truly a sight to see, Morro Bay Rock, the ocean. The deer in the yard are a bonus! The owner is very thoughtful & has all available brochures & restaurant info which helped us to learn the area. I would recommend this property to anyone. We were 8 active seniors who loved staying in this property.

All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. (excess garbage is subject to additional fees) d. All keys and garage remotes are returned at check-out. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens are lost or damaged. g. NO Early check-in or late check-out. h. About the owner: We moved here from Atlanta Georgia in 2002 after discovering it a few years earlier. We just MADE IT HAPPEN! We traveled extensively all over the country and found this place to be the most beautiful place we have EVER been.

The community of Cabrillo Estates is one of the only 3-4 hillside communities that is right at the edge of the pacific ocean in the central coast between Avila Beach and Monterey. It has the best views comparably and is right around the corner from one of California's best kept secrets, Montana De Oro. We consider it our own 8000 acre back yard which has pristine beaches, miles of coastal bluff and mountain trails, tide pools and beautiful seasonal wild flowers. After being here for 6 years I am still amazed when I drive through the community and think to myself, is there anything more beautiful than this? The location is very close to downtown Morro Bay and a short drive to San Luis Obispo, Pismo & Avila Beach to the south and Cayucos and Cambria to the North. It is also a short drive to over 250 wineries and all kinds of interesting events occurring all year throughout San Luis Obispo County.
